You and I have a lot in common. It’s almost unreal. Even down to being an Aquarius. No coincidences.. I’m really glad I found your channel. ;-)

Thank you so very much. So appreciative. I would have rather found you sooner! Very, very helpful, in how you explain, share, inform. I would like to email you. Struggling. God bless you for wanting to help others who also struggle.

I can't wait for your next videos on the research you've done. I've always believed this is how my agoraphobia started: illness in the body - panics - then fear of the panics. The emotional and psychological aspects started to surface afterwards. I've struggled for a very long time with this and it does hit your self-confidence pretty hard. I believe you will conquer it this year and i picture you on Ted Talk opening the eyes of the medical industry.

That’s awesome! I think the spur of the moment is a bit easier then when I think about going someplace and pushing myself. Crazy but I thought about you the other day. I’m so looking forward to your vids. I can tell you have a glimmer of strength and positivity and I have faith this is your year. I hope it’s mine to put my fears behind me and learn to live again. 💕👍marnie

Thank you for your kind words and support. I appreciate it sooooo much! I do agree with you on the fact that, when I think about having to go do something, I start to feel anxious. However, I'm trying to change that thinking into "Hey! This is going to be fun! This is a chance to regain my freedom and I looooooooove freedom!!!!" This can be your year too! I intend on making a ton of videos to provide resources for everyone to research for themselves and even test out and I have faith that many can and will heal and I hope that you will make this YOUR YEAR too!!!!!!! I believe you can and I believe you will!!!!!! Blessings to you honey

@@rangeleddie5149 Hi there. In answer to your question regarding hangovers, yes, hangovers can definitely cause you to have panic attacks. Alcohol effects your neurotransmitters, hormones, adrenals, and central nervous system in general. It also depletes your body of vital nutrients, causes stomach issues with candida etc. The main neurotransmitters that alcohol effects are your GABA receptors and your Serotonin receptors. It increases your GABA, hence the relaxed carefree, liquid courage we get from it, but it decreases your Serotonin, hence the overwhelming depression one can feel whilst drinking as well. It also overloads your body with cortisol (the stress hormone). As the alcohol effect is wearing off and your GABA levels begin to decrease and your Serotonin levels become very low, and your cortisol becomes either too high, or is depleted, your body then reacts with anxiety and panic (fight or flight) in an attempt to "survive" and protect itself. Best thing to do for a hangover is to drink tons of water, take B vitamins, and eat something that is heavy in fat, such as a greasy burger with cheese or something. That helps tremendously.

Wow! That's gotta be a million times harder than what I went through. I'm really really sorry for all of your losses, especially in such a short space of time! :( I hope you find a way to heal. Just know that they're all still around and you will see them again. We're all just visitors here on this earth. Eventually, we all go back home and will be reunited once again! Many many blessings be with you honey
