That's one of the biggest downsides to Genshin Impact IMO. Being forced to grind AR level just to continue doing the main story quests. I understand why they did that though. It's a timegate so that people didn't burn through all the content before they could release more areas and quest lines, and to urge people to go out and explore and open chests, collect occuli and activate teleport nodes and statues of the 7 and whatnot, but they could've done it in a better way that doesn't feel like a forced painfully tedious soul sucking grind to reach each AR level. For one thing, they could make the chests and travel nodes/statues award more AR exp so that it doesn't FEEL like a grind, but then people would just do that instead of focusing on doing quests right??? Nope not if you make the quest rewards BETTER than what you find in chests...something unique that you can't get anywhere else until you have access to the higher AR level Domains and Trounce Events for example. Make them WORTH doing over just farming chests and collecting oculus items and such...Make them award the blue and purple character EXP books so people don't have to farm Leylines or exquisite/luxurious chests all the time so that as they spend Fates on wishes and get new chars they can level them up as needed and not have to gimp their team by focusing on just 1 or 2 characters to spend resources on. Or make them give green or blue artifacts/weapons so we can upgrade gear on people easier. Maybe lock some quests behind a certain AR level that award ascension materials rather than forcing someone to get them as rewards for hitting AR 20 and 25 etc. Yes it's still tied to AR and might not seem like a big difference but to people who are just focusing on playing the game it won't FEEL like it's AR related when the quests just show up organically as they progress, and it won't feel so much like a forced grind. Hell it could even be tied to later story progression too, so that it's unchained from AR entirely but SOME people who just mindlessly blow through MSQ content would probably abuse it, so that may not be a viable option

Pro tip: U can use stamina food buff if u r planning for long distance gliding, add more anemo char in ur team so ur stamina can be prolonged. There is also another food buff that restore 100 stamina while adding on what I mentioned and u can consume it mid-air. At least that works for me...

Im using oneplus 7t pro. 8gig ram 256g £150 even runs warzone lol and plays this amazingly

Ooooh I was excited at first, but then I saw you're a dialogue skipper. Shame. Genshin is a game that's meant to be experienced and savored, not rushed to endgame. Because... There is no endgame. If you skip through everything, you will be disappointed. Because you're basically skipping the "meat" of Genshin. It's like buying a book just to take a quick look at illustrations inside. It's not like Path of Exile, where the story is just a filler, but the real game is after finishing the campaign. Genshin is much more like Skyrim or Witcher. Open-world aRPG.
