This is why I haven't bothered to watch a single England game in a year and a half. Boring stagnant play. I have better things to do than watch a league one manager waste a very good squad. I feel really bad for the players , This should have been a final appearance minimum. Ben White knew exactly what he was doing when he walked away from Southgate.

I'm not an England fan and I'm not from Europe so pretty neutral as far as this tournament is concerned. I'm genuinely baffled that anyone could possibly think Southgate is good. It's comical at this point. Great points as usual, Dan!

Mentions virtually every nation in past competitions and world cups apart from Italy. Got a problem?? 4 time's world cup winners. 2 lost finals. 2 Times European Championship winners and lost 2 finals. That's heritage. I'll be objective, also haven't qualified for last 2 world cups. Southgate is crap and confused, as are players. TV pundits are a joke. Many of those on KZfaq, not all but the majority, just waffle and have no idea about football. Expectations are high because supposedly Premier League is the best in the world. Err wrong. It might be the most exciting to watch, but technicallly it isnt the best. All the English players in the England team may have won something on a club level, but that is only because they have very good foreign managers and team mates.
