I have the same cholesterol issue and I also work out. Cholesterol is mostly genetic, sadly. Also, all the animal protein intake never helps haha

High cholesterol comes from the fact that 95% of what you est is a consistent diet of fried foods. You would be better if what you eat was grilled, baked or broiled & only light on the oils. Your bathroom issues are from the amount of rice that you eat. Rice is very binding which is why it is part of what you should eat when you have diarrhea. Also the acutane may. E a contributing factor. Just saying.
