Shouldn't be hard.... They were never authorized by Congress... So they are an illegal agency operating outside of the law. Congress can order them shut down... not just defunded.

He conveniently left those details OUT of his response. My guess, and possibly your guess as well, is that the source will be a corporation with control, leasing authority, or ownership of the patent to some alternative energy source and/or one of its components, such as solar power, wind, or whatever other green energy thing that is being developed and invested in. Or it will be a different country that we will have to buy it from. Now, a couple of points. If it is something like wind, nuclear, solar, etc, dont some of those things require electricity to operate? I mean, yes they produce energy, but from what I have read, for example Nuclear requires electricity that comes from coal and natural gas to operate the reactors or something. The other point is that the source will be whichever corporation or country(private industry or corporations operating in that country) that cuts the deal with and agrees with the aims of the FINANCERS/LENDERS/BANKS/INVESTMENT FIRMS that make up the FEDERAL RESERVE. That is who is in charge. You have corporations that have a product and they want INVESTMENT and FINANCING. You have other companies that have a competing product and they want the same. They are compelled to lobby for money and policy favorability. They choose political sides. The FINANCERS that make up the Federal Reserve can print money out of thin air to loan and fund political parties to ensure support and continuity of the system. So these private banks pay off both sides. They are consistently the top donors to BOTH parties year after year. So no matter what, they win. As long as they get to finance with interest and the government ensures a favorable setting and situation for the success of the corporation(s) that gets the funding so that the loans are able to be paid back, the PRIVATE banks(CHASE, CITIBANK, WELLS FARGO, BANK OF AMERICA) come out on top. This is quasi-Fascism in action. We call it the military industrial complex. Bureaucracy is the corrupt government’s alternative to private business as the mechanism to effectuate the manipulation of the situation for the corporations that are involved. If unconstitutional things need to be done or illegal actions or policies are needed, they are achieved through these non-elected arms of the government. The CIA and FBI work the same way. Then, when they supposedly call them to the floor of the Senate, they use semantics, rhetoric, ignorance feigning, and dishonesty or silence to avoid responsibility and they do not get prosecuted for their lies under oath. If they do have to get sacrificed, they get paid seats on the boards of the corporations or even the banks. So our Federal government, in its existing form of application, is not really concerned with constitutional boundaries or legality. They are concerned with the interests of the banks and the corporations. The system is set up so that when something illegal needs to be done, the unelected unaccountable arms(EPA, CIA, DHS, FBI, etc) can do it. They are all in on it. When someone is somewhat an outsider they are marginalized, slandered, and threatened. When they are truly trying to change some aspect of how the system operates, they are shot at(i.e., JFK, REAGAN, TRUMP). I would say Lincoln, but that was the exact opposite. Rebels against the system participated in that shooting to fight against “visual” leader of the system. Lincoln was a bank/corporate shill, in the most unequivocal sense.

Everybody’s going through it so did mine so did the water bill and the gas bill. They need to fix the sewers. That is a huge issue. We have all this leftover Covid money in every state.
