Attal Bihari Vajpayee gave chances to unite and for mutual respect between the countries. But Pakistan politicians did not use it and instead they mooted out war in Kargil and making loss of lives. Why with good gesture too, Trains were operated. But everything was spoiled by the Pakistanis politicians and make them to suffer without concentrating on development of their country is very much sad. Always Humanity trumps in the universe.
