Well, the sushi one didn’t really have a hack, there’s products that do both those things. I have a rice press so I don’t have to get my hands all messy when making nigiri

Actually that’s not why I have it, that why I use it. I have it because I bought a sushi set off Amazon and it came with it. I don’t even use the thing I bought the set for, which is the bamboo rolling mats, because I’m really bad at making regular sushi rolls, so i is usually just make temaki rolls

There's a different version of the oil separator that has an angled tube on the side at the bottom that let's you separate it instead of that other thing, probably works better

That ladle trick actually doesn't remove any oil, only the delicious, lip-smacking gelatin in the broth. I'd just use one of those iced tea barrels with the spigot at the bottom. Drain out the yummies, keep the oil for frying, and then use the ladle trick to separate the gelatin from the oil to put back into your broth. Profit

For the sushi one, it's NOT KIMBAP, it is MAKI SUSHI. Kimbap has cooked meat and radish kimchi in it. Maki sushi has raw fish and wasabi. The sushi that Puff made was nigiri sushi.

Both of the were raw fish one was a sushi roll the other was nigiri both are Japanese but sushi a sushi roll is very similar to kimbap other then it containing raw fish honestly the only true diff in kimbap and sushi rolls is the type of rice used
