Mike stopped and helped Ryan get the bobcat out of the swamp he didn't have to get in the truck he doesn't work for you and he used your bobcat and you charged him $150 he just had a baby give him a break I know business is business but seriously Ryan you could have overlooked that and you could have just helped him out just like he helped you how would you like it if he says to you next time that's going to be $150 for me stopping to help you. I hate to say it, but Eric is terrible. His laugh and friendly demeanor is what he has going for him, but you cannot trust him to work alone or follow instructions. He takes short cuts every chance he gets. One of his latest “videos” shows him yelling “f&@$ you b$&@!” while plowing in a Victory machine. Eric is a liability and his ego has far outgrown his maturity and willingness to do things the right way. Just my two cents as a longtime viewer who has never gone out of the way to criticize. Give him the POW with the belt

I think Eric didn’t want to bother. Tino texted Ryan early. Proof he was up in time for work. Eric big mad Tino’s getting all the kudos for his skid skills, while Eric drops a bucket or plow like he don’t even care, it’s not his equipment. Watch…and listen…to Eric’s recent video. You can hear it hitting the ground hard when he lowers it.🙄 (I watched just to see more snow, so don’t come at me!) Not sure about the damaged mailbox tho. We’ll never know! But Tino told Ryan when he was up against the semi trailer and scratched it, I’d think he would’ve mentioned the mailbox too, if it was him. 🤷🏻‍♀️😉

For each one of the snow removal areas, you should make a drawing of the area and highlight all the areas that need to be plowed and designate the snow "pile" areas. The disconnect might be, RYAN knows the areas by heart and the workers have no idea what to do or where to pile the snow. Having productive employees is about outlining specifics of the job and expectations.

Ryan I commented on the other video!! Try to replace the CPS on the 7.3 if you haven’t already that can cause it to stall out while idling. If that doesn’t work you can check the IPR it could be stuck or the coil could be lose on the IPR. The IPR is down below where the hpop hoses connect should be a nut make sure it’s tight. Hope this helps Ryan!

Yeah I'm think ipr because the starting fluid helps...or he's low on oil/bad pressure possibly neglect on change interval being it's worked hard and I'm sure driven like a race car. I don't see that truck in very often for oil changes.

I’m wondering about the injector cups leaking? I run an automotive machine shop so I see this situation on my end more often than anything else. From what my mechanics have told me, this causes fuel delivery issues and allows diesel in the coolant and the diesel eats the seals in the cooling system. Most of them send stainless steel injector cups to be installed along with the other machine work. I do this work for several shops so it seems like it happens frequently on my end.

Idk about the mailbox, but those other 2 mistakes starting at 6:37 were most likely Eric. His videos show him on those exact streets working and pushing snow across the streets and then Eric didn’t cut out the part where he said F that B after what i assume someone stopped him and complained about what he was doing. I make satellite maps of all snow sites and mark all if them up for crews. Each map has plow, walk and storage areas colorized. Notes and markups are also labled for hydrants, handicap and hazards. Special notes (i.e. triggers, type of deicer, client peeves) are listed in a text box.

You may have already gotten it fixed, but I've been a powerstroke mechanic for over 10yrs. That 7.3 sounds like it needs a cam sensor or the IPR valve replaced. Super easy sensors to swap out

I don’t know how people forget this… but for the majority of the snow seasons it was Ryan and Bugs doing the condos along with Mike, this is the first year with the other guys since Bugs is no longer part of the crew. It’s growing pains and Ryan giving more responsibility and hours to the guys on his crew during the offseason. I do agree there should be a map in every machine or truck for pile areas and plowing routes. Could easily be done by drone or Google earth, or even CAD plans… laminated and put in each machine. Ryan knows how to run a buisness or he wouldn’t be in buisness for himself for as long as he has been, cut these guys a break, they are doing work no one else wants to do in a blizzard.

@@George-dy3pt no one said he didn’t… if you go back to last year it looks like he plowed for someone else, not Ryan’s accounts. It was bugs Ryan and would helped out. Even Ryan said in one of the videos that this was the first time he had all his guys working the snow accounts and how he was nervous about it. Hence why he trained Franny, big Ray and Tino… showing them around what to do and how to do it. He verbally told Eric what needed to be done.

Its the cam position sensor. The 7.3 is known for that. To the point where i keep a new one in my glove box with a 10mm wtench. It takes 5 minutes to change. Its right on the feront of the motor sbove the crank. I bet my life thats what it is. Only use ford motorcraft parts. Dont use the off brand ones. They dont kast If you are going to own a diesel you have ti learn how to work on them. And only use ford or good reputable aftermarket parts for that 7.3. Except for electronics like sensors. Diesels are simple. Learn to work in what you own
