Plans don't work. You have to fundamentally change your eating habits, like I never eat sugar, and never eat processed foods, etc. If you sip, go back on track. But it has to be something permanent.

The whole point of calling it 22 days was that it takes 21 days to adopt a new habit and on the 22nd its now your "new normal". Theyre calling it a "plan" probably just to attract attention

I liked the way you did several check in videos when you tried going Keto, so if you did the Beyoncé plan it’d be cool to see updates throughout! And then after you finished the plan start doing What I Ate Todays and talk about if the plan helped you get your healthy eating back on track and which recipes you’ve kept making etc

I say do the meal plan. You’ve already got a grasp on it and seem to like it, you just need a reason to do it and this is a good one. Even if you don’t end up loving it, you’ll probably find some good recipe ideas you’re capable of/willing to make on a regular basis in the future which would make healthy eating more intuitive and accessible down the line. It’s 30 days, what could go wrong?

I know exactly what you mean. My problem is I eat really well when I’m working, watching what I eat and drink. But when I hit my days off, that’s when I falter and turn to the unhealthy snacking. I personally love “what I eat in a day” vids and would love to see more. Keep strong, I think the plan is worth it if you think it’ll help you out ❤️

Yesss, do it! And yeah it might be tough but that’s okay? That stuff would be extra interesting to see. You’re probably not gonna stick to it 100% but that’s reality and would be good to put in the reviews. I didn’t know about this meal plan before. If you do it can you also talk about if they require you to buy branded stuff like certain mock products? because very often those are US based and not available in Europe.

I'd be really interested in seeing the diet plan app, maybe with a few check-ins to get a good idea throughout how you're feeling about it. But in general, I do like your What I Eat Today videos and it would be nice to see more! Also, I really appreciated and liked the makeup video!

More what i ate today videos please! As for working out- have you tried crossfit? I think there’s something about the group work out and the need to sign for class that make you more motivated then just going to the gym by yourself. You should find your nearest box and give it a try! It’s an awsome way to get in shape :)

You should do it yes! If you do the beyonce app/plan you should do weekly check-ins but if you don't, you could do what I eat in a day/week every two or three weeks.

Definitely interested in your “What I Ate in a Day”’s (as someone trying to consume more protein myself, they are a nice guide) and more regular updates as you follow the plan (with an overall thoughts type thing by the end). Haha, I’m curious about what a “22-Day Revolution” would even entail, but no soy or gluten sounds like it’d be kind of the worst.

I can only make beans and rice! But I've been trying vegan snacks, like yoghurts, lately, because I don't have to cook them, and different beans and cooking creams... I'm not really confident to try vegan vloggers' recipes who I don't know, but Unnatural vegan I know to support enough protein and enough everything, so it might be easier for me to really try those recipes too if she reviewed them! It would help animals too on my part, because I'm not in this for the animals directly myself, but to fight the climate change, so sometimes I give in and eat animal products when I don't know what else to do, but have to eat. I've been using this sort of mind trick, that I imagine that I'm preparing meals for somebody else who's vegan and whom I care about, like a scout or a friend, and then just feed that food to myself. It has helped with the whole identity idea, that you need to start to be vegan and have this ethical standpoint to do these things, and make the change immeaditely. I caught myself justifying eating a vegetarian ready-made lasagna by saying I like a change, instead of saying that I like it. (A scout asked why I was eating it and if I was a vegetarian. Yeah, I eat during our meetings sometimes...) I could have though - why wouldn't I have that option normally, why is it 'a change'? Omnivorous doesn't count vegetarian out! Omnivores can eat everything! Is this mindset because of those school rules we have, that omnivores can't eat the vegetarian food that's made for vegetarians at school, because it would mess the amounts that would need to be prepared every time? So kids learn that non-vegetarians can't eat vegetarian food, and just generalize? Why is eating food so strange to us?

I know I cannot speak for everyone, but your "what I eat todays" were pretty integral to me cutting down on my meat consumption. I saw you eating mock meats and hearty stews and curries and other things that I LOVE but thought were going to be harder to work into a plant-based diet and it was a very nice to see a vegan KZfaqr that was so accepting of not eating the typical HCLF diet. Plus I really enjoy seeing what other people eat because I love food. 👌

Hey! I'd love more What I Eat in a day, I enjoy this kind of video in general but yours are a little different from what I usually watch and it's good! Also a great guideline for more protein stuffed days ;) Regarding the second question, I don't have much of an opinion, but I do feel like if you did the Beyonce program you would be more accountable to us than just doing your own thing sooooooo... the thing about being one extreme or another is totally me, this was kind of a wake of call for me. I feel like either eating super healthy and am an Instgram model or am totally snacking on Justin's peanut butter cups and potato chips all day. I actually just did something kinda similar. There was a 14 day "cleanse" on Groupon from a company called the Vegan Garden. It comes with 14 meals, 14 smoothies, and 14 "detox" teas. I'm going on vacation at the end of the month, and I've been eating garbage lately, so I figure it's just a good way to get back on track. I'll spend less time cooking since the meals are already assembled and I can spend more time in the gym and getting ready for my trip. I'm prettt excited to try it and might get a few new meal ideas out if it to use in the future.

I would love to see the 22 day plan with what I eat in a day videos. I’m dying to see pictures of those recipes! Do you know if the portions are big enough to have leftovers? I feel like if I’m making single portion meals that require a smaller amount of ingredients I might waste food- like if I only need a 1/2 of beans but I open an entire can for the recipe (just an example).

Would be really cool if you could try this out. Like you said it is your job and through that you have a large viewership that benefits from that since you testing it out gives feedback to us. And I think it could be a personal gain from you (aside from better health if it works) and that might be a new outlook on known dishes or even getting to know new receipts.

Do the program! You’ll probably learn a lot about yourself and the program will help you stay motivated to stick to eating healthy. And of course we’ll learn from your experience too. And I would prefer periodic updates on the program in whatever form you’d like. Btw, Joe Delaney is a really awesome non vegan-cult fitness personality. Great workout and lifestyle advice in a very down to earth delivery. Good luck!

I love your what I eat in a day videos. Thank you for being transparent about eating junk, I struggle with that too. I found a healthy medium recently but it probably helps that I'm nowhere near a vegan resturaunt. That being said, I know how to eat vegan at chain fast food restaurants which is likely worse.

This looks a lot like the website Lighter, where they propose different types of vegan menus based on your preferences or recommandations of « health gurus » or athletes etc. They also ask you how much time you have to cook, for how many people, which ingredients to exclude because of allergies or dislike, etc. It is extremely similar, you should check it out! I’ve only tried the free version for inspiration, so there is a limited amount of recipes, but still, if other people like the concept, this adds to the variety of menus to try.

I’d actually be really interested in this. It may be hard to stick to but feeling an obligation to work may be motivating. Maybe try separating meals into more meals if that’s something you struggle with. For example if lunch is quite big then you could split it in half and eat two halves over the course of the day. Can’t wait!

What I eat in a days you can do like once a month. I'm excited to see the Beyonce thing so I 'd love to see that and I think you could check in at the end of the week each week and just let us know how you are feeling and maybe your favorite meal from that weeks meal plan. a) love the lip color b) I'm going through the same thing. I'm so stressed right now because I've been finishing up grad school and I have been eating garbage since the semester started. And I'm going to be done tomorrow but I'm also am really struggling to change because for some reason I haven't gained weight either. Which is so weird because I used to gain weight uncontrollably if I ate crap before eating plant based and it's been months of this. c) That said, I'd honestly rather you follow something more feasible so I could get some realistic inspiration lol. But I'll watch either way (: EDIT: Your vegan makeup video was awesome! I finally got a bunch of vegan makeup specifically because of it! I got it all from Elf and I'm in love.
