Soup is so simple to make and always delicious. Did you ever try making it by roasting the tomatoes first? Gives an even richer flavour

I am using Campari tomatoes for this recipe. You can use any variety of tomatoes you want. I would love to try this recipe with some big juicy Heirloom tomatoes 🤤🤤🤤🤤
