Hey! Beautiful home first off! But above the fireplace you could do one of those frame tvs where the screen saver is a picture/art piece but then also a tv so it keeps the place clean looking but you can also have the tv when wanted! They are a little pricey but I think would be perfect for you!

With your fireplace, don’t neglect the yearly service, inspection and cleaning. Every manufacturer suggests it, but most people don’t know how important it is or even that it’s necessary. Anna this is gorgeous! In the living room you could do a Frame TV so it's gorgeous artwork most of the time, but you also have the TV there above the fireplace :)
