I'm moving to Philly! Apartment hunting in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and apartment tours in philly :) come with me for the day to tour a bunch of different apartments, lofts, and spaces in philly... all different locations and neighborhoods, as well as different vibes and aesthetics. I am still trying to figure out exactly what sort of space I would like to live in, as well as neighborhood, so this is my initial throw into the waters of "making it happen" after talking about it for so many years. Being in Philly and loving the woodsy areas is great because you don’t have to drive far from Philly to get woodsy areas. I’m in Delaware and my husband is from Philly and we love Philly. Some of are favorite hangouts are on Frankford Ave.

Oh! 😄😃😁👌🏽I'm an older woman from Philly. I live in VA now. I saw some bldgs. while you were riding. VERY nice area. The first apartment. 🤑🤪a bit pricey for Me . Lol. Always was. Apartments in that area that is.😂❤❤I love the video. Funny you say our city is small. Lol. I've always considered it large.

Anyone who reads any local paper sees the crime in all places. Any city or town lists the bad stuff to highlight the news. I've lived all over the US and several countries. Every place has a street or neighborhood that is not a good place to be. In this day and age it's no longer just drug neighborhoods to avoid. Any crazy having a bad day let's loose. Your workplace, school, church, grocery store or waiting at a stop sign can be dangerous.

Ask a few older local pizza guys which areas are decent and which you should avoid! The experienced pizza guys tend to end up working only in the best parts of town!

Hey, def don’t move to up north to Chelton Ave. there’s a reason 2 bed is cheap. That area sucks, not even in the dangerous kind of way. It’s just nothing to do and neighbors aren’t great. Check out northern liberties, fish town.

@@realityblooms I used to live around Chelten Ave on Matthew St as a kid before moving to Mt Airy and there were good neighbors. But the area is dangerous

Did the first one have outdoor space? It looked like it had a outdoor sitting area up high, which is worth a lot. Too bad you don't mention the prices. Kind of a waste of time watching a video when we don't know the price

I own a tiny Condo in THE HOPKINSON HOUSE in Center City's Washington Square. I consider this the BEST area to live in Philadelphia! I walk out to beautiful park and it's quiet and safe and not as congested at the more pricey Rittenhouse Square. I have many great restaurants within walking distance and there are approximately 20 Movie screens less than a mile away!!! And 7 plus Live Theaters where one can see Broadway Shows, Opera, Dance and some of the finest Orchestral Productions in Country. There are some Rental Properties not as expensive as other areas. I'm 64 and will spend the rest of my LIFE here!!
