I would resell the Brighton. Just disclose the mark in the description. You'd be surprised because the bag is vintage. Vintage bags are very in right now

Oh no! The croc purse on the lower shelf of the cart that you said was stiff is a Brahmin and it would be worth quite a bit!! I would have jumped on it. Also, I would have picked up the Brighton too. I keep black, brown, cordovan, and tan shoe polishes that I use on purses with light flaws like that and usually they are barely noticeable after a touch up. You can mention it in your description if you are concerned. You always find the best stuff! Love seeing what you find. Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

My son just turned 28 on January 4, and he coughed up blood for the first time this morning. Needless to say, it’s been a scary morning. Since my son started Trikafta, 3-4 years ago when it was approved by the FDA, he has been absolutely THRIVING! He went from 3-4 hospital stays a year, to only being hospitalized twice since starting it….. So to see this happen today, was devastating. Sorry to spill this on here, not even knowing if you’ll see it but as I said…. I feel a connection & your videos calm me so thank you, again! On the Brighton purse, my guess is that if a sticker took off the color, it isn't great leather. Perhaps painted leather. Real leather shouldn't do that. I'd pass on the purse personally. Great content as always!

That purse you said was stiff was a Brahmin . It’s a high end purse brand that makes leather purses that looks and feels like crocodile , that’s why it was stiff . They go for good money 😊

Thank you for another great video! I would buy Brighton and use brown leather cream/polish, and even if it would not fix still sell, disclose the defect. I think that the stiff purse you passed was Brahman, a good and expensive brand. Usually, these purses are stiff/hard to keep the form.

The leather damage on the purse… I would use a tiny bit of old English dark stain,,, let it dry. Then, go in and use a good leather conditioner.

I would not mess with the purse. I have picked some up and just sat forever.... sometimes end up pulling and adding to my garage sale. Lol

Leather touch up paint is good to have but with some items it’s better to leave it as is with damage because matching the paint is impossible

I definitely would have picked up the Brighton bag. Just disclosed the damage and lowered the price. The damage honestly isn't that bad and sometimes you can repair it or cover it up. I would only do that for my own personal use though

I sold a pocket flask just like that, but I don’t recall whether or not it was Nat Sherman brand. It was a long time ago so I don’t remember details. But I remember it sold for a lot in a very short time.

I would have still picked up the Brighton. It still would have sold though for a lower price. Vintage bags are in right now, especially in the younger crowd. My sister is 20 in college and her and her friends are obsessed with vintage bags.

It is hard to go home empty handed, but don't buy just to buy. You'll come out ahead by not making bad purchases just to walk out with something in your hands.

It’s just personal preference, but I never pick up Brighton anyway, so with damage, I definitely think you made the right choice. I avoid it in the same way I avoid a Nine West or Liz Claiborne bag. Astoria is gorgeous! The Goonies was filmed there.

I sell purses , and I wouldn’t even bother with the Brighton. They don’t resell well period.

That purse is permanently & Obviously Damaged. Leave it. ~ Check the flask to see if the dent caused a Leak! Serious problem when dropped on seam.. ~ Stiff purse not problem if good maker & Leather.. should have checked it.. ~ I don't think the Puffer Fish is a mug, I think it's a Planter.
