Story: Jim is a servant in Melody's palace. Melody has a crush on Jim, which he is fully aware of but does not reciprocate those feelings. He grows annoyed by her constantly being around him and decides to try and show how more mature he is compared to her by going out for the night and hanging out with adults at a tavern. Ironically, he is teased by Holli about being too young in a place like that and he is escorted out. Feeling down and out, Jim just drinks himself to sleep and Melody decides to help him recover. Jim learns that he is in fact not old enough to be an adult, but he still feels too old for Melody so he starts to see her as a friend rather than someone to have any romantic interest in. Melody accept his friendship. In the end, they part ways to carry on their own lives and hopefully continue to be friends as the years go by...
Editor's Note: This is how I basically see Jim and Melody as a ship. They seem like good friends or at least one of them having a crush on the other without it being reciprocated. I can see them learning something from one another regarding life and growing up together as friends.
Also, I always wanted to work with this song for years and I finally just went for it lol. Expect more interesting material like that from me in the future.
