You can tell Heath dosent like talking about his personal life. Makes him uncomfortable.

It was awkward because the interviewer didn't know Heath and Michelle had split up by this point, so that's why Heath answered the way he did ("That's what we did", ie in the past when they were together)

Great interview man and out of all the I'm Not There interviews I've seen on youtube Ledger seemed to enjoy this one the most. You can tell by his facial expressions and his attitude.

Is it me or it is evident from Heath that actors ‘have’ to do those interviews, and he didnt want to be there, but as the kind soul he is he was in the moment and attentive anyway? He doesnt look completely at comfort

U can tell he still had the joker character stuckk in terms of habitual part, he tried not to do that tongue thing that joker does lol instead he rolled it inside and closed his lips, also that sinister look with the one side grin and the hollow kinda Sigh . Gosh that was everything
