Jordan, This is my first time leaving a comment on your video. I've been watching your content for a while and I've always admired your drive. But from my perspective living in your car/being homeless is not always the way to go. If I was in this situation I'd live with my parents, stack my money, and focus on my goals. If you want to live on your own try to find an affordable place and live with some friends or roommates. Living below your means is a great way to save money and I understand your desire to travel but please be careful. Don't make yourself a target by traveling around the country with all your possessions while recording it. Someone can easily spot you and attempt to harm you due to your status and possessions. I hope this message finds you well. I hope you stay safe and reach the level you want. But please make safe decisions. Following your heart is a great way to live but your mind and heart needs to be balanced to maximize life changing decisions.

Moving back with your parents isn’t regression. Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do. It actually could be the best thing you can do. You can save money until you’re ready to move back out. I’ve been in a situation like this and boy lemme tell you moving back was the greatest decision I’ve made. Swallow your pride bro.

Damn being a KZfaqr is a blessing and a curse. So many people in the comments speaking on his decision and his life. Judging as if anything he’s doing has a direct affect on any of our lives besides providing a different perspective. Whether ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ you do you Jordan. Take risks always. You’re doing great just by following your heart. Fuck others opinions. Only one that matters is yours. You’ll grow and learn from this experience regardless of the outcome. Let go of expectations and just be.

Many people wouldn’t live in their car because they are scared. People feel like they are weird if they do that because they want to be like the rest and live a normal life. You really need to not care what others think of you if you wanna live this lifestyle. I appreciate you for showing people that there is more than one path in life Jordan❤️

bro this is not minimalist living, it seems like ur low in income due to down youtube views and expenses, u have to be wise with big decisions like this. living in ur car would only cause more stress and anxiety. i suggest u rent a cheaper place or live with ur parents, get a job, to stack the bread and having a stable income, then whilst doing online businesses. don't quite the job until u have made a base amount of success and confidence, because ur mistake was solely relying on youtube. i hope u get through this bro, ur older content certainly did inspire me.

@Tyler fr, i think jordan was in a rush to get that BMW 330i (my dream car) & that nice Apartment & here we are a year later & had to give up on the 330i when he could’ve gotten one that was 3 years older (2019) than the 2022 model he got would’ve saved him more money (the 2019 model) & wouldn’t have had to pay as much car payments for a used 2019 model versus a brand new 2022 model as for the apartment, he should’ve gotten something more affordable & be able to pay off for more than a year & as for the aspect of ppl calling out ppl who still with their parents i think it’s sad ppl like Dave Ramsey are bad influencers who push parents out to kick out their adult child out their house once they turn 18 or 21 or even above according to the “Americans in this country” (which is trashy & goes to show that these parents never cared about their adult child or adult children) & to be a responsible adult & not have to rely on their parents income to be living under their roofs some ppl are lucky to have parents who don’t kick their adult child out of their once & the adult can save up money, not have to pay anything, live rent free with their family especially a small one, & having a close relationship with their family & not a toxic one

Also this is the danger of putting all of your eggs in one basket and ditching your 9-5 to be come a content creator especially too early. With a 9-5 you have stability. Working for yourself solely depends on how much money you’re bringing in and can it be sustainable. Content creators have to maintain a certain level of viewers every single video to sustain this life and it’s not sometimes. You can have a drought where you fall off. Then you gotta take in account when you work for yourself everything comes out of pocket. Dentist, medical checkups, emergency hospital visits. KZfaq doesn’t cover things like this.

nothing wrong with living with your parents, a lot of cultures you stay with your parents and while you grow and become the main provider they step back and you take over finances and level up. Eventually, you get married and she comes with you as well as growing your own family while your parents are around to help and participate, also it’s just smarter financially instead of everyone living separately

The amount of hate in this comment section in mindblowing! I personally think it's a good and bad decision at the same time: good because you're still young and you can do this now that you're still young something you might never be able to do in your 30s or after, bad because this will distract you from having a workspace (desk etc) to work from, kitchen to cook in etc so you'll probably be able to perform less. But still I am all for it, test this lifestyle for 3/6 months and come to your own conclusions, you can only come out from this as a winner (as you'll experience a lot of stuff that will make you grow as a person and know more about the world) so do it, but not for too long if it doesn't work out. Looking forward for the future videos!

What people have to understand is there is different people in this world with different personalities and different goals. I don’t even see how this has anything to do with God tbh. He’s basically saying instead of investing my time money and energy to live a lifestyle I’m not even happy with I rather cut it out my life and use that same energy towards something I would actually enjoy doing, and again that joy comes in different forms for different people. Everybody doesn’t want or shouldn’t want the same things out of life…. I see it as him understanding his personal truth and courageous enough to stand in it 💯

@abraham1291

@@levontaebaynes8926 I don't think he knows what's best for him either, that's just my opinion tho. Every time he makes a choice he speaks with conviction so that makes it seem like he is sure he knows what he is doing. Personally it never made sense to me that he sold a fully paid car for a lease on a bmw, pretty terrible financial choice as he had just moved out his parents house. Also I don't think he should've moved because as long as I'm concerned, his parents never pushed him out the house, he willingly chose to leave, and as we have seen he is now homeless. He could've stayed in his parents house and keep grinding and traveling until he was making enough money to move out and afford the lifestyle he wants. To me it looks like he doesn't want to go back because he doesn't want to be seem as a failure going back to his parents after taking so many big "calculated risks". But again that's just me, I don't really know all the details on his situation so I can't give him a more detailed advice, all I can say is that specially for how young he is, moving back in with his parents for some time while he gets his stuff together would be his best choice. Quick disclaimer: I'm not hating on bro, I actually appreciate him and support him a lot. He helped me a lot during my big breakup in 2020 and is a big part on me moving on and becoming a more mature person. I just think he needs to let go off that pressure that he MUST be a success because it is costing him a lot money, as he has made plenty of poor financial decisions.

I’m all for leaps of faith and spontaneity…but being homeless is no joke. Even living in ur car, it’s a lifestyle people are forced into when their backs are against the wall. My mom was homeless for just a few months when I was young due to some unfortunate circumstances and I believe the trauma from that still affects her to this day. It’s ok to live free and explore, but u don’t need to be full on homeless unless you have no other choice. Why not just go on a long road trip? Just my two cents. Btw: u should get into public speaking one day. You speak very eloquently and expressive. You choose ur words carefully and get your point across with no wasted words or phrases. You sound like a natural.
