I find it funny that this "agency" sends a warning that there are multiple anomalies detected and tell the player to find them. Like, you are the ones fixing them; if you detect them, just fix!

27:00 is easily my favorite! It builds tension and then releases it (literally) but doesn't end in a jumpscare. A jumpscare usually makes fear easier to quantify as a "physical" threat and thus allows you to fight it and overcome it, but this? Every time the anomaly shows up, it feels threatening. What is this distortion? What is THAT?

Also Insym, I found a ghost on here! It was a figure but it was transparent. Anything that is fully see through is a ghost, but if the figure is opaque, whether or not it's creepy as hell looking, that's an intruder

I'm not usually the kind that actually gets low key spooked about horror games, but this is the type of game where I start seeing things in the darkness when I'm trying to sleep and gives me nightmares.

I like how theres a bit of a symbolic message behind this game. The guitar on the floor, the showerhead without curtains, chairs in a corridor, books all over the floor. None of these are things we'd consider normal under regular circumstances. But put these in juxtaposition with crazy anomalies like objects moving and they suddently become normal to us. Ik this is a video game but it unironically give me a new perspective on what the meaning of normality is.

If he keeps looking directly at the anomalies when he could change cameras, I'm going to cry. The only thing he should make sure to do is to never switch to the corridor while fixing other anomalies, because the window for reporting that distortion one is really tight.

This game is like the team 1 from Phasmo, that comes to check if the house is actually haunted. After they see a massive chad in the kitchen they bail out and send the actual Phasmo players to see what type of -chad- ghost is in the house, and then another team comes and removes the ghost.

this game is so cool. it seems best to play in groups too. I'm not good at memorizing where objects have been so i agree the hardest probably are object movement and disappearances. I love how the chat people are so sharp!!

I could never play horror games since I am a wimp and chicken out, but the way you get genuinely scared but also can play the game to perfection is great to watch.

Let me just tell you that I‘m sooo thankful for all the long videos of any kind but the indie horror games as well. I take a lot of time cooking and cleaning and knowing there is a long video that can go all along that process is soooo nice, I don‘t have to be afraid that the next video will be bad or anything. I bought this game on steam, bc it was so cheap I just did the bundle with all 3 of them. In part 3 you’re walking through the house with a cell phone to take photos of the anomalies. It’s pretty hard. Part 2 is this but more detailed in color.

Two things I think would make this game a bit better, mostly just QoL changes. 1) If the anomaly being reported is the correct category in the correct room, it should correct within a second rather than wait almost 3-4 seconds where as incorrect reports should remain the same length for processing to punish the player for attempting to wing it 2) There should be a counter that tells you how many anomalies are active at any given time, this will let the player know that something is amiss in one of the rooms.

I feel like this is how the average work day with the SCP foundation would look like, just observing and suddenly anomalies shit happens.

Thanks for another awesome game to play! This game is so intense. I'm still failing the old house. I found out you can survive the night but fail the shift. I got 24 out of 27 anomalies on a full shift and it was intense af. I was just shouting "What 3 things did I miss!? I was expecting one!" Just got a 25/27. Your run like that in new house was so close! I still wonder about the sounds being cues for something and whether that blinking light in the kitchen is just atmosphere or an anomaly. I'm guessing it's just part of the normal house.
