Our squad is the most superior in the tournament, man for man overall, and for all Southgates criticism, (which I also give) I give him credit for leaving out certain names, Maguire, even though he found form and would have recovered injury before shaw, leaving out Rashford and even grealish who I didn’t think was that bad for City and is a threat, its all paid off. They have Yamal, Rodri a couple others but Cucurella and Co are going to have a hard time, NO EXCUSES we must and can beat Spain and these kids can immortalise themselves by winning tonight!!!

At one stage I was saying he was the best performer in the squad especially in the group stage, he made the results better than they could have been with his solid performances. I have to also agree tbh, if you wittle it down to best in position I would totally choose those same 3 best with the others as honourable mentions. Either way the team is really showing some grit, but they must FULFILL this clear potential and superior overall squad. All of this before doesn’t matter because the next level is now to win it, nothing else will do!!! I’m so gassed for tonight!!!

This battle is really the key area of how this game will go. Can’t let rodri start getting on the ball dictating and playing line breaking balls into olmo, yamal and Williams. We will have a much better chance to beat them if we can get bodies around rodri and make his job difficult. If we don’t then it will be a long night

Decline Rice is already perfect in the defence side, but Rodri could also allocate the ball in the way that the squad needs and expected. Change another words, he is able to active all the players in the fields not just forward.

Declan Rice will have to up his game in the Final. Although his effort can't be questioned, he has been underperforming throughout the tournament. Both he and Bellingham have been shadows of the Players we have come to admire. It's easy to overlook their performances because of the results, but England will come up short if either one is lacking against Spain.
