The camera cut to Harvey when Mike spoke about patient 0. Like Harvey considered himself patient 0 in that moment.

"Fork in the Road" will go down in history as one of the best episodes. Everything, from the dialogues to the screenplay down to the portrayal of raw emotions was done perfectly. Probably the most meaningful episode of the entire show.

Also one of the main turning points in the development of Louis' character, where he started on the path that moved him from the pompous, power hungry guy that always fumbled when it counted to the guy who channels his anger and frustration to actually help his friends and his firm.

Edited due to broad generalization which was incorrect. This series was filmed in Vancouver Canada. My experience traveling back and forth to Vancouver during the same time frame of the show was that the gas stations I encountered were full service. This show was set in NYC where gas is self service. Great catch!

So just to be clear, Harvey hits Lewis after he provokes him and throws him into a table. That's lawsuit worthy. Harvey apologizes and lets Lewis in, but that's not enough. Lewis provokes Mike, and nearly chokes him to death, and then Lewis starts crying, and everything is aces? F*that.

This show consistently showed Mike can’t fight to literally save his life. The following drinking game take a shot every time “what did you just say to me” is said, every time Mike gets beat up, every time a fight breaks out, let’s just say don’t play this game…

Louis has the most consistent and well developed character arc/growth throughout the show.

@@bojangles11111Absolutely. He's the most developed character, and Rick Hoffman's acting is the best on the show. Great writing isn't for everyone, but I'm glad I found it.
