Hey friends of Allie 😊 RCMA has small samples you can buy before you commit to the full size purchase price. I bought 4 colors two for winter and 2 for summer to try. I wish more brands offered this so you don’t have to spend so much on a foundation to try it out. Having said that, I am glad I got the sample because this formula was a little too full coverage for my preference, but lovely nonetheless 👍🏻

I couldn't agree more! I purchased 4 samples of different shades to see the best fit & to see if I like the foundation in general, and I cannot wait to try it out. This is such a smart idea and every makeup brand should do this so we don't always have to go through the boring process of returning the product when the shade doesn't match since the matching system is often total bullshit!

I think the Huda R&D team binge-watched Allie's videos to get inspiration for this palette. Everything about it seems made specifically for her, from the packaging, to the shades and textures...can't wait to see how it looks!

The Huda Beauty Rose Quartz palette is a stunner. One KZfaqr, Hey It’s Jackeline, did compare the Mercury Retrograde Palette and the Rose Quartz is more muted and leans mauvey. Whereas the Mercury Retrograde is more punchy. Even the Nudes Palette is not that similar when you look at them side by side. I do think the Rose Quartz is one of a kind palette and the best part is that it looks lovely on so may skin tones and hair colors. I do think though that you have to be into those cool toned purple pink color story. Love the look you created, Allie!

The eyeshadow palette stole the show! I kept staring at your lids the entire video. My husband got this for me for Christmas and I can’t wait!! I put some of my makeup in timeout because it clung to dry patches around my nose 😂 I might pull it back out in a different season. But, if it clings it’s a no go for me.

I have been loving the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood flawless filter as kind of a topper of my primers before foundation! I finally caved and bought a mini a month ago, a week later I ordered another mini in a different shade. Now my next purchase will be a full size of the flawless filter!!! I've always thought about trying it ever since the first time I saw you use it! I absolutely love it under my foundation 😍 even being oily AF!! And winter in Maine is when I gloriously indulge in my more glowy side, although this summer I embraced being glowy to an extent. Glowy not greasey. Which is a tricky balance to achieve!!! ( at least for me) the first day of the Sephora sale, I caved and purchased the pat mcgrath sublime perfection foundation for the first time!! I am so stoked to get it and start using it!!!! Do you have any thoughts on the Pat Mcgrath sublime perfection foundation?? Any tips?!?! Help me Allie!!! 👑🖤💋

Here's a great tip that I use for those glitter issues, use NYX glitter glue (a small amount goes a long way) on the points you want major glitz. The glitter doesn't budge at all 😁

For me I don’t really like (and had the time) to touch up my foundation, so I like my foundations to hold up my oils and I like these type of reviews without touch up so I can see if it’s for me or not. I really want you to use em cosmetics cushion highlighter again pls!

Could be the magic cream light? I use that cream for almost every application and I love it. I have used that rcma foundation. It’s a pro product and I feel that it’s good when mixed with other products, not on its own. Maybe next time use a more matte primer or oil free moisturizer. Love your content. Love this look! That new palette looks absolutely divine, and right up my alley. Shouldn’t be buying any new palettes since I usually do a one and done single shadow look, but I’m very tempted. I might hold out for a good sale.

My absolute favorite eye makeup so far, love how it makes your stunning, unusual eyes pop, just gorgeous! If I didn't have crepey eyelids I would have to have that pallette! I loved the whole look. Too bad the foundation didn't live up to it's hype.

That Huda palette is the first of hers that has really called to me, but I limited myself to one luxury eye palette during this sale, and I got the Patrick Ta (it hasn’t arrived yet) and I feel I would get more use out of that one. These shades look gorgeous on you, though! If I’m still dreaming about it by the next sale, maybe I will go for it!

I have the RCMA foundation and love it. I’ve had it for a while and worn several times with no issues. Im on the dry side so I usually don’t have any trouble with oil and shine. I did have some issue with color match and had to exchange for lighter color. Im usually a medium with neutral undertones and the first color I got was way to dark. So beware of that!!

Dear Allie! Questions please: Have you ever done a video to tell you... "When should you STOP applying makeup and call your look FINISHED for the night/date?" I often just keep fiddling with my look and then at some point I apply too much OR I accidentally mess something up and then I am in a panic with little time to correct it. Or maybe a "Here's how you CORRECT things if they have gone the wrong way" :-) LOVE WHAT YOU DO!

I definitely have the same thoughts as you when it came to the RCMA - I ordered two sample sizes, one was super separated and oily, and the other was fine. But I also had super high expectations when it came to the foundation, and it was not at all a very good experience. I am going to use up the samples, but unfortunately I don't think it will be my miracle full coverage foundation :(

I bought the Rose Quartz palette, and the BK Beauty lippies in Inner Beauty and Passion, with the Sweet Pea liner. I am going to a company function on Friday evening, so I might try and recreate your eye look for the occasion! I also got the RCMA foundation but found a perfect match in the Catrice foundation/concealer, so I'll probably just go with that because I know it looks great.
