Bro a suggestion to upload longer video like 10-12 minutes. On apps like TikTok and insta Shot format video works well but on yt it would be much better if you post long format video, it would also increase your watch time.

What's stopping your numbers from growing is that you insist on holding your darn microphone. (and if your manager is giving you this advice... to abandon 22.3k subscribers and start from 0... hire a new manager) That being said, if you are making the switch because you want a more adult-ish name for your channel, something that will attract a larger demographic (more than teens from third-world countries), then go for it.
