I am a very intuitive person and have experienced many things like you. Things happen to me whether I am at home or not, it follows ME, and that is what I am guessing for you, that you are what some folks call a medium. You are a bright light and energy is attracted to light. For myself, I finally came to the decision that I was not going to be a victim, but a participant. That different dimensions are not trying to harm me, but that they are striving desperately for communication with me. Once I changed my attitude towards the startling occurrences that were happening to me, and I began speaking to them with love and compassion, or just thanking them for their attempt at communication, I felt empowered and much less frightened, and less frightening things started to happen. Just like with people, state your boundaries clearly. Tell them that they are not allowed to startle you or your friends. If they want contact, tell them what kind of contact you are comfortable with. For me I told them that I only speak with light energies and light beings, and everything that is not for my highest good, MUST leave my house and call in the Light/God to assist you in kicking their asses out! PS: Don't blame yourself for your viewers experiences. I think what happens is when we tell other people about our experiences with spirit realm, we open them up to their own awareness and experiences with what is "beyond the veil." Once folks are "awakened" to the fact that we are truly spiritual beings having a physical experience, but that a part of us is still connected to spirit, and they begin to connect, it can feel startling or scary to them. When you focus on fear, you get more to fear. When you focus on love, you get more to love. The Universe will play with you in either direction you want to go, so choose your direction. I consciously choose joy, love and light when interacting with the spirit realm. It has worked for me. Hope this helps you and others, dear friend.

Baby that painting needs to go. My heart sunk deep into my gut just looking at it. When you first bent down to pick up the picture you dropped of the Polaroid and that portrait came in full blast view, I honestly got tears in my eyes. Somethings definitely not right about it. I think you should speak to some professionals and see if this entity is attached to you or just the house. Because you can move to the ends of the earth, if it’s attached to you in any way (I feel like it’s attached to the portrait) there is no getting away by moving. Please please seek professional help.
