if you have any real friends , they would tell you this house is clearly overpriced. if you look at the square footage , minus the garage, the house is small. The walls have no real insulation in them, and the counters and cabinets are all pressed wood. all the light fixtures and sinks are equivalent to apartment quality, also it is surrounded by homes that only cost $250-350k. the cost of replacing windows is outrageous. and no insulation in the walls, you hear noise outside. But there a sucker born every minute so........somebody will buy it and think they flossin, and lose all their money.👍

Didn't look broken at all, looked like a hinge wasn't secured. And the bathroom is a WC, pretty standard, most powder rooms don't have showers and aren't large, they're designed to be in & out.

And most definitely certain the outdoor space, terrace has the appropriate floor joists to support the load. Most places require a certificate of occupancy for the outside place, the developers most likely got one when building the structure, it's pretty commonplace.
