We'll need:
- beef
- peppers of different colors
- ginger
- garlic
- green onion
- coconut oil for frying
- keto soy sauce or teriyaki sauce
- salt and pepper
- shirataki spaghetti
- sesame seeds.
1. Wash peppers, green onions, beef (I have entrecote) and peel ginger and garlic.
2. Cut the beef into slices.
3. Slice the peppers and ginger. Finely dice the garlic.
4. Finely chop the green onions.
5. Fry the beef in coconut oil for frying.
6. Add the ginger and garlic.
7. Add salt, black pepper and sliced peppers.
8. Add rinsed shirataki and soy/teriyaki (I have keto-teriyaki) sauce to the almost done dish. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
9. That was great! Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
