Kennedy takes such good care of her soul. She really shows us how to love ourselves and do good things for our soul and mind each and every day. From cooking a good meal, dancing in the kitchen to your favorite song, painting, watching a movie in bed with a snack, doing your makeup, getting “high”, hugging your pet, writing a poem, I JUST absolutely loved this vlog it made me feel so at peace, it inspired me in so many ways!!!! something i learned is that people chase an unrealistic amount of happiness which puts them in a state of confusion to why they arent happy??? happieness isnt being happy every day or week. its living in the moment, being patient with yourself and emotions, and embracing the mood your feeling in that moment even if its sadness. emotions are beautiful and when you start telling yourself its okay to not be an expected emotion every day you appreciate yourself more and become “happier”. i hope this helps someone be kinder to themselves🦋💕❤️🌿

i can’t figure out what it is about kennedy that just resonates so much. i feel so comforted, so understood, so acknowledged, and so hopeful that the peaceful, escapist life that i dream of might actually be possible for some reason that i can’t even really explain. i guess all i really can say is thank you.
