The leaders of Garland, NC, need to be ashamed of themselves for allowing that memorial's American flag to be displayed atop that flag pole tattered, ripped, and raggedy. How totally disgraceful and embarrassing for that town!

Yep they should get a new one and give that one to the Boy Scouts program. They take old flags and treat them and discard of them properly and respectfully.

lived in nc for 50 plus years every one of those years sucked want to leave but it would take every thing$ i have too old to start over very awful place
