I know Matisse wanted Poch as manager, but it has been very clear from the start that he is simply a YES Man. If he only had acted like Antonio Conte at Spurs that spoke out against their project and he knew he was getting sacked right after, at least I would've respect him, because Conte stood up for what he believed. Poch ever since came, he is been asked multiple times for "experience" players, he knew these directors were not going to give him what he wanted and he simply accepted and followed the same narrative. That is why Poch is now saying: "We don't need new strikers or new signings" because I bet these owners are not spending another dime unless they are signing 18 or 19 years old. The only way I would believe things are changing is if the owners completely step-out of the footballing decision, they sack Poch and those damn directors, bring a CEO/President and let him choose a new DOF and a new manager that fits a whole new project. We’ve made a prem ready team .. we just have not selected the correct manager .. the predominant issue has always been that…. The team composition is good ; the team is capable and complementary to each other .. the major criticism should be about their manager ID and not their player ID … we see the talent in a lot of these players… I don’t think we can make conclusive determinations about them until they are properly coached
