The fact that I watch every single one of your videos even though I stopped dropshipping 3 years ago after trying it for only a short amount of time before transitioning to another online business (which I'm still doing to this day) tells you just how good your content is. It's easy to see that you are genuine and you started from 0 and documented the whole process without trying to sell people courses or something of that sort. You (and probably Biaheza if he ever posts again lmao) are probably the only dropshipping guys I still watch without even dropshipping myself but purely because it's entertaining and valuable. Great video. I recommend you to learn more about managing people and what motivates them. I don’t know if you incentivize your creators, but if you tell someone “the video you made made me $30k in sales -> you should work harder/this should motivate you” it doesn’t always come across as what you mean. Remember most of the people that’ll work for you are not business owners nor they think or care about your business as much as you do. Learn to incentivize and make them win from your wins too and you’ll win big. Not saying you have to do it for every creator/employee, but just something valuable I learned through mistakes and wanted to share. Keep crushing it and best of luck bro 🔥

Now I have better understanding of the two different Ecom business models, 1 is to do branding and build a niche store, another way is by constantly choosing winning products like you. But i guess that's the barrier to entry. And when I first joined the program I asked Tobias if I should practice filming with any of the products I had and he suggested the copper roller too and I was like nah...😅 not that stress again I'll do the others he suggested. Really struggling to understand whether a drop shipper from the UK would have to setup a limited company? How else would you be able to connect a business to Shopify and accept payments to a business account? Any help would be greatly appreciated
