كوبان بطاطس
كوبان ملفوف
نصف كوب بصل
ملح
فلفل اسود
ربع كوب طحين ابيض
ثلاث بيضات
ربع كوب بقدونس
زيت
جبن موزريلا
حبه البركه وسمسم
Ingredients for the recipe
2 potatoes
2 cups of cabbage
1/2 onion

Simple but yummy. I will try thi at home. Correction please that is black pepper. A dish with few and available ingredients can be recommended to everyone aside from delicious it is a healthy food. For sure young and old alike will like this recipe. Thanks for giving us idea of cooking like this. Its easy and time saving .

الملفوف تقدري تضيفيه في اكثر من وصفه مثلا ملفوف على بطاطه وبيض ...وتقدري تضيفيه في صلصه المكرونه يطلع فضيع ملفوف وبصل بادقيق الحمص وتقليهم اكثر من رائع تسلقي الملفوف وتحشيه ارز ودقيه وتلفيه ويصير مثل الدولمه العراقيه

I made this for breakfast this morning. It’s a great down-to-earth hearty dish. I added some chopped bell pepper that I needed to use up. I shall definitely use this recipe again, perhaps adding cumin and/or fennel seeds or celery seeds to add more layers of flavour. It’s a good sturdy basic recipe that one can experiment with. Also, I thought of putting a bit of Camembert in the middle to see if I can get it to melt nicely. One could add other finely chopped vegetables too. 🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹😋🌹🍅🔪🌶🧄🧅🥔🥚👍

I love using cabbage in my omelettes. Add garlic and onion, zucchini, shallots, carrots or bell peppers in any combination.

I loved the presentation. This recipe is definitely something I am going to try. Its so simple and a recipe that can be easily adapted to be gluten free! I love potatoes and cabbage .I have never had them cooked together like this!

Wow, I'm so going to try this. Just a few ingredients and I never thought about putting cabbage in an omelette. I don't know if the red sauce is hot sauce, but that's what I'm going to use. And thanks for the English translation of the recipe too.

That looks sooo good. I'm going to make that. And cabbage is so good for you. My mother made cabbage about three times a week. I remember coming home from school and smelling the sweet aroma of cabbage with onions, bell peppers and okra. She would make hot water cornbread or cornbread in the oven. My mother always had a good meal for my dad and sisters and brothers when we got home from school. She always cooked cabbage. I think she would have made this too if she new about the recipe. She liked collecting recipes. I still have her recipe box. Thank you for sharing. God bless you and your family.
