You gotta love Ancient Japanese/Okinawan mythos creatures! Fun fact, the Shibe Inu was immortalized as a god for family protection in Okinawa before the Modern Japanese took over the Ainu before them, like how the yokai Oni was a god of genuine justice before the mafia ruined his image.

Aaaaahhhhh, he's absolutely gorgeous!!!! I adore these critters, and i really love the ancient stone look, and this is just... absolutely perfect. I really really love how this piece came out!!!

This is wonderful. I would love to see your conception and research process - you mentioned the video would be too long, but I think for something so intricate and beautiful, I'd be happy to watch for over 20 minutes!
