Maybe you need better marketing for it! For example, make a game trailer. Get some big KZfaqrs to play it and get some publicity. But don't say it sucks... let others make reaction videos about it (with RICKROLLS) and your SIM game ironically becomes "KZfaqr reality"!

As someone studying Interactive Media (development and design) specifically game development and film, I feel the frustration. It's my biggest fear having an idea mapped and a whole image visualized in my head and the team i'm working with doesn't have that same vision or grasp the concept on top of spending heaps of money. Ik it's been a few months now, hope things have been going well over time and best luck to your future projects!

I think a self-made little team of pretty cheap enthusiasts could make a game that is good enough and how you want it. They would listen to you about how it should be. At least more than these guys, I think. Some not expensive guys can do a good job, like with these 2$ vs 2000$ fiverr videos.

Sorry man. On my phone the only thing I can do is click on the top-left for options menu. Tapping the energy bar makes a sound but nothing else. ...scratch that! I restarted the game and got the UI widgets to do stuff. First impressions are... Klunky. Takes a bit of guessing to figure out how to use the UI. Long-press and drag+drop video themes seems a bit. ...advanced
