The demon really spices up the game, I love how it's so powerful that it can withstand swords but fragile enough to be beaten by a mere fists.

The thing that I really liked about this is the Slime. It didn’t have a purpose at the start. It wasn’t really important But overtime, it became a major point of interest and protected the players from the ray. If that slime didn’t exist, everyone would die. Rip Slime, he was a Chad

As a game designer I have to say, this is way more balanced and polished than any AAA titel i saw in the last 18 months, and its awesome. All these new features mmmmhh 11/10

This would have been great if some one added a rule that said "This Rule can not be changed" And that's the entire rule.

Ideas: 1) The players are the game masters (and Noah is the player) 2) There is a hot potato that kills players after 4 rounds, and passes between players on the same square 3) The player who kills the demon king becomes the next demon king, gaining much power but becoming the enemy of all other players 4) Players can build forts and train armies to fight each other 5) Dead players turn into monsters

I had a game like this I played with my friend when I got bored in school. I called it 'Heart Attack'. One player attacks and one player defends. The player who defends draws a heart anywhere on a piece of paper, and the attacker attacks in any way they want. After the attacker attacked, the defender defends the heart in any way they want. This continues until both players agree that the game has ended (usually at the end of the lesson or after someone gets bored.) What I like about it is that the game starts off very simple, dropping anvils and summoning shields, but eventually you need to hack into the security system of a government airship to disable the power grid and open up the door protecting the heart from a nuclear death ray you summoned.

That ending with the demon made my cry.

I think a hard rule to start from is "no retroaction of any form" and "all current rules apply to all aspects of the game unless explicitly stated otherwise," to remove cases of ambiguous interpretations.

This is actually really fun. I could see this being formalized into a more robust game. I know, it seems weird to formalize a system as open as this, but having a solid foundation of rules to start out with would give you a lot of stuff to change as you go as well. I really enjoyed this and would love to see more.

Ended up playing this with some friends without seeing the video and it was unironically some of the most fun I've had in a while. I'll spare the details but I ended the game by purposefully detonating a nuke in a separate dimension sealed off from the rest of reality, killing everyone in the process

Noah, make a board game where it seems like a normal board game, but the players are secretly the gamemasters and they dont know it. make sure you play it and dont tell them the way to win (the way to win is by adding a rule after they realize theyre the gamemasters that they instantly win)

Allowing the changing of multiple rules violated the golden rule that was *just* changed since it allowed exclusively Noah to do that. It should have allowed *anybody* to do that (which wouldnt have actually *done* anything in execution but if you're gonna set the rules you gotta follow them)
