Something better than fertilizer...upgrade your seeds at the lab!! then most crops you harvest will be at a bronze rating. As soon as I did that I was able to whiz through Sams goal. I too made a lot of these mistakes in the beginning!!!

If you go back to areas you've cleared in the ocean, the trash respawns and seaweed and kelp grow as well. Great resource for scrap as well so you can spend time there while waiting for crops to grow to give to the turtles.

I don’t have this game yet because I can’t play PC games, but i’ll keep all these in mind when I’m finally able to get it on switch!

yess! Grass starts are for your animals. They can eat grass instead of hay when you let them out, so maybe putting a small section in front of them cans still be nice

For number 9, I found alternative way to replenish your energy in faster way at beginner level. Just make a coffe, that thing will give you so much spare time than going to the hotspring.

you talk about making fertilizer, but i disagree because i used my trash to make compost for fertilizer but i would not do that again because you need so much scrap. just upgrade the seeds at the lab and maybe later in game make some tier 2 fertilizer if you wanna try it, but i would say keep your trash and make scrap

I've made mistake, giving things that people hate as gifts (I gave Suki violet, Pablo fish, Theo amaranth, Raj butterfly) and I'm on year 2 but I haven't finished the earth cavern, so it's hard to get silver ore
