I had my G-Shock 5610 on yesterday. Solar charged and synced up with the atomic clock. It's truly all the watch anyone needs.

Looks like a cracking kit. Terrific video, and glad to know I'm not the only one who loses his marbles when doing work on watches 😂🤣😂🤣 To be honest,, up until now I was not really into the metal look, but I just love the end result. Looks like a good quality kit. Up here in Canada it's $100's of $$$'s more for a metal G-Shock compared to the resin version. I'm on my way out to meet up with a Canadian KZfaqr at an AD to purchase some G-Shock's and some other watches. Was thinking of getting a metal G-Shock but after watching your video I just might get the resin version and pick up a metal kit. Thanks, great video

I've just got the black version.Took 2 mins to do most....but i cannot get the springbars back in after removing links. Literally doing it now. It is without doubt the most fiddly thing I've ever done. I have to join it back twice as i took links from each side.

Amazon has the metal conversion kit but it's hard to find,i already purchase mine

Is the watch still waterproof with the metal case modification?

Yes. The waterproofing happens with the properly sealed backplate and how the buttons sit(there's a special rubber gasket each button sits on to prevent water ingress when utilizing the watch functions underwater).
