I saw someone claim she sent Mr. Beast the video of her making it and him giving it to a different cake artist so they could make it. And that way Mr. Beast wouldn't have to pay or credit her. It was insane.

Liz Marek from Sugar Geek Show is not pissed at Natalie. Or Mr. Beast. She's upset at Mr. Beast's management, because they did not seen to respect her wishes not to show the video on how she made the cake and there's also a huge miscommunication between the two parties. While I also love Natalie Sideserf. I just have to tell you guys that Liz Marek is a bigger name in the Cake industry than Natalie. She's been a reputable and admired artist for years even before Natalie became one. She's more of a professional cake artist (she's also won numerous prestigious Cake Decorating Competitions Internationally), while Natalie, is more of a social media content creator (which is cool).

Also, the way Liz said it sounded like Natalie copied her. And if I am basing it on their content alone, Natalie sure takes the cake. I think Natalie's works are more professional looking. But that's just me.

Jimmy reached out and rectified it and she made another video to say the situation was shitty but she doesn’t hold anything against the team so now it’s just “drama” because KZfaq is about a week behind Tik Tok. She doesn’t have anything against Side Surf Cakes and didn’t even know she was in the running for it because all her communication with the team made it sound like she would be the only one proceeding to create the final cake

Imagine internet drama over cake- As far as I've seen that's the wrong information. I am sure someone online will make a video explaining both sides of the story and seeing who is in the wrong, untill then I will just sit back eat popcorn that's actually cake, and watch a bunch of people try to fight a battle that's not theirs.

She didn’t claim she wasn’t paid for being in the video, didn’t claim that her cake was the cake _in_ the video, didn’t even claim that Sideserf Cakes copied her. What she _did_ claim is that she was promised compensation for the concept/test cake creation and video and she never received it; her video of her concept cake was shown to other designers (note that plural) despite the concept video not being meant to be distributed; communication with the MrBeast team broke down to basically ghosting just as she accepted their offer for her to create the final cake just to be told later that they chose someone else. It’s all criticism of the team under MrBeast and has absolutely no ill will aimed at other cake designers

What happened is they were going to give the contract to someone else but mrbeast found her instead and the other person got mad and complain online because they didn't get the contract to make the cake I think that's what happened I'm not sure I'm still trying to figure it out I think she didn't get paid at first and now she got paid I'm not sure what happened exactly

I was waiting for more context about that situation but never saw anything. She says in the video "I made this toilet cake to prove i can make it and in return I would be hired to make it" which makes no sense to me for numerous reasons. Did he actually hire her or not, did he ask her to make the cake to "prove" she could make it? Cause that would be really screwed up if he did. But I need more information still.

I'm pretty sure that other creator lied and actually herself stole from Sideserf cake studio... I mean we have seen her make a completely realistic portrait of Mr Beast so it's obvious why he would hire her for that job and second because she's so skilled she really doesn't need to steal other people's procedures of how to make a toilet cake. Which means the other creator lied to get a clout (and has actually reinacted Sideserf's cake from Mr Beast's video)
