I'm finally back with another long form video, this time inspired by Feyre and the Night Court from the ACOTAR series! I hope this video helps you to glimpse the process I go through when making a design. Started watching your shorts… addictive. Next thing I am watching how to make this dress. Following along with the pattern, thinking about how to use the yellow pins, thinking I could buy a Bernina and I need some really good scissors. Then wait a minute what is that beautiful green stamper machine? WOW, I have to get one of those! Just the insight into a world I never knew existed, that people actually can make these incredible things with their hands… mind blowing. No idea why watching the process makes me feel so good, but thank you for the content. I said to my wife, hey Kathy look at this, you should start sewing and make some outfits and she said… sure, I will get back to you in 20 years. Hahaha (but I am buying us both a set of elf ears😉)

I know this video is a year old but hope you get this. Perfect amount of illustration and explanation in my mind. Could have used this 20yrs ago when making my son n daughter Cos and Halloween costumes. Your Bernina is awesome but Pfaff Fan my self with walking foot. Makes sewing layers a breeze. Omg I’ve been obsessed with acotar lately! I’m surprised however that the dress isn’t just layer after layer of gossamer as that’s like the only fabric SJM talks about. Anyways as for the corset making, what teacher was it? You can even just tell me the class. I love seeing how much your sewing has improved from when we had classes together! Whoop is very important Crafty One. By da way the medieval design stuff is my favorite and always nice to see. See you do comic stuff, interesting since I'm doing my own comic. My main character has an amputated arm so wears various prosthetics. How strange can strange be? ^^
