which you can make with parts bought from your local shops.

I have used a speedometer from Google maps which showed a maximum speed of 60kmh (37mph).
The results could have been better if i've used a smaller gear ratio, but using it i would lose power and had worse start.
Main flaw of this engine is a lot of vibrations ,because the engine has no transmission and only one gear.
If you want a start whitout vibrations* ,use a clutch with a belt,
I couldn't use it myself because it was far more expensive then the classic centrifugal clutch.
Overall I am satisfied with the results and with the brutal look.
For this project I used:
-Honda gx200/ 6.5hp / 200cc (replica).
-3/4" bore 10T centrifugal clutch 420p
-60T sprocket 420P
-420p chain
-16x6.5-8 Tractor Turf Tire
-Hydraulic Breake set for a scooter
-Bearings UCFL 206 (Ø30mm)
-moped front forks
-moped shock absorber
-Bicycle brake lever
-bicycle cable

In the clip it says that I made the motorcycle from Ø33.7mm bars, that's a mistake, I made them from Ø26.9mm bars (3/4).

Nice one ! And great video montage too ! I've shared this video in my community thread 🙂 I think your rake angle is too vertical and the forks should have a T instead of a flat bar ti the pivot point. I'm glad you liked the video, I put a lot of effort into it. Thank you for the advice. I have one question, since I want to install lighting on the motorcycle, is it possible to do it through the engine spark plug, because I'm afraid that the lighting will create a voltage drop on the spark plug. The motorcycle headlight that I mounted on the motorcycle is just for looks and doesn't have a bulb.

@@ultramake Hello, For the lighting you can't use the spark coil but you can use an old one without electronic ingnition (the ones that used points and condenser) and take the current from the small wire that goes from the coil to the points. It will generate around 6 to 12V depending on the light bulbs you're using. But keep in mind that it will be very weak : arround 10-20W
