I missed the bit when she was trying to mix the sauce. I would’ve said for her to add water to dilute the soy sauce. I’ve done exactly what she’s done before where she kept adding sugar and soy sauce cause it’d be too salty and then too sweet.

I learned skateboarding for my younger sister b/c we got skateboards for Christmas. Just point a to point b nothing exciting. But I did so I could ride with her n she know woman can do anything. Hurt one of my wrist in the process. But it served my purpose, that's all I did with it n didn't do it for a super long time. Yes I love the enrichment making n crafting. I could do that for hours just let me watch a movie while I do it or music.....but I'm easily amused. Not everyone is easily amused.
