FINAL REUPLOAD - Fixed all the wierd editing issues. apologies for the wild ride on getting this out.
In this episode of Project: Create we make a new mineshaft elevator and a triple resource farm for iron redstone and XP!

The FTB chunks config, force_load_mode is set to 'default' which only loads the chunks if a player is online. Changing 'default' to 'always' makes it load while you're offline as well. Cheers!

Finally, somebody who is playing a pack with both Spelunkery and Create! It’s such a good mod for packs but it just doesn’t get the attention it deserves. Once you get to more advanced builds, don’t forget that you can use sluices: sluicing water gives pebbles (compact to cobblestone), dirt, and sea grass. Spring water gives raw iron and copper nuggets, rock salt, saltpeter, and sulfur (read: gunpowder). Dimensional tears give ender pearls, endstone pebbles, popped chorus fruit, and occasionally spawn endermites. Lava gives netherrack pebbles, magma, magma balls, and raw gold. Sluicing is slow, but easily expandable, as it only requires one source block. Once you scale it up, it becomes quite handy for things like blaze cakes. Sluices are also cheap enough that they make great decoration blocks. And the fact that you can just easily control water streams is a godsend with waterwheels. You know how it is, when a waterwheel floods

if your modloader version supports it, add create: power loaders. if you get into trains. powerloaders can be attached to stations to force chunks to be loaded around it when a train arrives. keeping the factories alive

I have create chunkloaders for that reason, they can be placed on trains to chunkload the areas around them! Pretty nifty

Ngl you got me wanting to try your pack out. I used to love the old FTB Unleashed pack with the Build craft pipes and quarries. I loved making huge factories that used the Ender Chests and Ender Pouches so I could transfer stuff remotely to the factory for ore processing while I was mining. This reminds me of that.

I've noticed that chunk loading seems to mess with spawn rates. On one world I had a vanilla-ish mob farm maybe 1000 blocks from my factory area. Decided to add simple chunk loaders for my factory and AFK my mob farm, and my spawn rates totally tanked until I removed the chunk loaders again.

I adore the “this is create” video, im glad my inspirations for over the top farms makes you think of that because it was my inspiration for that style of building!

I was really searching for a 0.5.1 create mod pack as my playthrough of Create Astral ended, i might just remove Alex Mobs because the majority of mobs creeps me out ( snake and murmur especially ), thanks!

i think you can change configs for alexs mobs to change spawn rates of certain mobs if that helps!

The elevated rail project you have on your channel, that you did with Barney_III was the one I meant, as well, but it will be cool to see what you come up with for a monorail, hanging or on it?

Ah! Im not sure if i will, maybe for some areas as i want to do more natural tracks in this world, but ill be using them for bridging gaps and stuff!

What server host are you using or did you make your own?

i use serverminer, easiest interface to use for setting up a server that ive found. i dont get along with alot of other hosts.

this is the new world, the one with the excavator had a bad world corruption, which i explained towards the end of ep1 of this world

trust me you do not want your farms working whilst your offline it can lag your server hugely because you may have item leaks which happened with my server we stopped using chunkloaders because it absolutly destroyed the tick speed

I discovered this, apparantly my portal was loaded between episodes and i logged in yesterday to about 70 zombie pigmen in my bunker 😂
