You know you can actually bluff your way into the arasaka facility with the corpo lifepath. You need to spot a nervous guard during the recon and approach him. You get some unique lines and entry with the corpo choices

I like to think the reason Johnny didnt even appear when finding River is hes just disgusted by V at this point that he doesnt even wanna bother lol.

You missed a lot of bad choices: - telling Saul about Panams plan - killing Blue Moon and Red Menace - not dropping the ladder to Kerry during the club break-in - making an appointment with Meredith and not showing up - running away from confronting Meredith and a handful of others

On my evil V playthrough before I gave up on it, I did Claire's story line. So instead of giving her revenge and going after the guy who killed her husband I drove right past him and won the race! Claire was not happy about this! So at the finish line I took a selfie next to her as she was pouting in the rain. Similar to the selfie with Rivers corpse in the video.

I think not telling Jefferson about the mind control is arguably the better option of the two. There is no "good" option in this quest, Jefferson is completely screwed with no hope either way. Now you have to decide whether you want him to know the truth and go completely mad until his brain is taken over, or hide it from him and allow him to enjoy some relative happiness before his mind is replaced.

If you side with Maiko, it creates the best outcome for the dolls and the club actually. It's only a bad outcome for Judy because she didn't get her way. Remember that if you do everything Judy wants, she tells V later in Pyramid Song quest that the situation in Clouds is worse and Tyger Claws came back to claim what was theirs. However, leaving River like that - that was dark... and funny too.

When it go to Barry’s part I audibly moaned “noooo” because I’ve accidentally rushed through that mission before, not knowing that you had to select every blue dialogue choice to save him

I think the best way to betray Panam is to help her rescue Saul but then snitch on her later about her plan for the Basilisk, thus you screw over her and the veterans too all the while gaining one of the best cars in the game

To be honest, letting River die is a better choice than taking him to the wrong farm and letting his nephew die

I was kind of expecting Evil V to take the easy way out rather than even siding with Hanako - what friends V has left are all shocked at her death, Saburo stays locked inside Mikoshi, Hanako doesn't get to be one step closer to the Arasaka throne, Adam Smasher is still free to do whatever evil shenanigans he wants to do...among other things

This proves that even though a big part of the RPG gameplay got cut out, you still have a ton of outcomes and choices to make. Fascinating.

After finishing the Phantom Liberty ending nobody except Vik, Misty, and Kerry want anything to do with you with insinuates that no matter who you helped out during the story you were never nothing more than a tool for them.

You gave peralez the good ending honestly. If you tell the truth at the end of the game you find out he's gone absolutely crazy.

The fact I unironically made some of these decisions on my first playthrough not knowing they were optional, like killing Oda, leaving Takemura, going the Arasaka way, leaving Jackies body w Vik's clinic, and then finally "I wanna live"... didn't even say any goodbyes, even though I also didn't sever all my connections like you did...

A mate was playing this trying to redo the ending and I went out of the room and ten minutes later he said he had done it! Theres a scene on the rooftop where V and Jonny decide to not bother taking on Arasaka and just blow their brains out. Thats def the worse ending!

Oh snap, didn't know you could bail on the Rogue date. I've made some of these choices with Panam and Maiko out of frustration with their characters in previous playthroughs, thanks for being ruthless on our behalf!

I mean, siding with Maiko eventually ends up being a lesser evil. Sure, things don't change for the better, but they don't result in a bloodbath either

Since evil V cut ties with almost everyone it makes sense you won't get a call from Takemura, and River who died in this playthrough, Judy, Panam, Kerry or Rogue. I've never had that many main characters not call me during the end credits, I'd try it myself but I don't have the strength to do a scumbag playthrough on this game lol

I still can't wrap my head around why sending Jackie's body to Vik gives you the bad outcome. Why does Arasaka find his body at an obscure ripper but not at his next of kin? Just seems kinda arbitrary.

I was so upset when I found out the arasaka ending was the “devil” ending! I just chose that one because I got the impression any other choice endangered my friends 😢

I think the best way to handle Pacifica is to not work with Netwatch, survive getting zeroed by the voodoos because of the Rleic which adds to your unkillable legend status, then killing all the voodoo boys yourself for Placide’s jacket.

A few of these are pretty close to the best outcomes. With the mayor, I'd choose this path. If you tell him, he goes crazy and loses the election, pretty sure Holt wins. So an outright evil man vs one who's being manipulated by evil. Also I'm pretty sure the AIs can manipulate him to. This quest is mostly lose-lose, but I figure the best chance of SOMETHING positive coming from it is to not tell him, let him win mayor, and hope his wife can protect him from the mind control at least a little. For Delamain, Reset is definitely the best option. The choice is to free the INSANE AIs (one of them is literally GLaDOS), merge them to create a super insane AI, or reset Del to normal. At Clouds, if you don't let the Tiger Claws rule, everyone dies. Taking Maiko's money after that is just good sense, Judy has it coming. Sinnerman is just a mess, killing the dude outright is probably the best outcome.

I personally think the arasaka ending is far more bleak then the self unalive ending

Some of the "scummy" choices are actually in the interest of the greater good. Clouds, for example. Siding with Judy means that a lot of dolls are killed when the Tygers retaliate, and many more dolls go on the lam. But, siding with Maiko means that, while conditions don't improve, none of the dolls are murdered. Just don't take Maiko's money when she offers to pay you and Judy can still be romanced. Also, telling Jefferson Peralez the truth makes him go full-blown paranoia mode and he loses his sanity and leaves his wife. Lie to him and he and his wife still have each other at the very least, albeit with some minor brainwashing.

Hilariously, as a Corpo, if you'd joined Takemura in his stake-out you'd have found a way to slip in quietly using your Corpo know-how 😁

This was so hard to watch, but also a lot of fun!!! Thanks for sharing these cringe-worthy outcomes of playing V as a d-bag!!! I was messing around with bad choices a while back, and I found that the most heart-breaking d*ck move was to tell Judy that "last night was just a pleasant distraction." She's hurt, she's mad, and she deletes V from her contacts. To me, that was much worse than her anger about V taking Maiko's eddies. 😢💔

I didn't even know that where you take Jackie's body matters. I took him to Victor's as I thought he might save hin or maybe just prepare hin for the funeral, but it seems like I gave him a fate worse than death.

Did not know you could save Takemura I always just booked it 💀

So my first playthough ending was the worst 😭😭😭

i did this on one of my playthroughs, the hardest thing to hear was telling Johnny he fucked up his last chance at friendship in the oil fields.

giving 10k eddies to Maelstrom and not contacting Meredith kinda just gives option to peacefully leave the club(by tricking them) or get the DumDum revolver for going loud so I can't say it's the worst choice, other than giving 10k to Maelstroms.

I thought arasaka ending was brilliant. The game is art, art is supposed to make you feel things. They did a good job making you feel what V feels.

Lemme tell ya, this was truly painful to watch and props for devs to making it possible to screw up this bad. I mean it must have been painful for you too though. great video as usual man!

I chose the Arasaka ending on my first playstyle because my V roleplay was of a man who tried to reach for the top but when he came face to face with death he just got scared and wanted to survive at any cost. (I chose that ending because I forgot about Alt lul)

Some missed opportunities: killing every cyberpsycho, keeping Skippy in your stash after he asks to return to Regina, messing with gigs in general (there are some hilarious interactions with Fixers, when you f-up), not paying to Vik, who's the only person who doesn't hate V after all she'd done during this playthrough, not saving the monks in Watson. Probably missed a few things, so yeah, there are a lot of way to screw things up. Upd: finishing street races any possible way (there's no actually good outcome in this one), ruining Pepe's marriage by straight up running away without the whole truth(basically, not talking with his wife), never donating money to poor folks (almost nobody does it, just worth mentioning), don't pick up NIbbles (again, just mention it in the line of "remember the starving cat near our trashcan? Yeah, me neither"),

Pretty much already done a build like this with a Corpo male V. The main objective was to fail as many missions as possible. Secondary was to never touch anyone or do any manual labour and if that was forced to try and punish the one that caused it. 3rd was to get every free car. The stats were all 3 except intelligence which was maxed. There was no gun usage at all during this build other than johnnies parts and that one bit with the mounted gun for Hellman. You can actually short circuit most driving sections with ease. Panam was so out of luck as she ticks two of the three that are more optional. First by forcing you to pick up the box to take to the car and second because she got a nice free car behind her. This did mean saving Saul but if you think about it that truly worse than killing him off. By betraying Panam at this point you build a bit of respect only to take it away and second you keep Saul as leader who likely going to end up getting Biotechnica to death at some point along with many Aldecaldos. I did completed chippin in purely for the Porsche but do note if you walk away from Rogue during this quest it will in fact fail. You still will get Kerrys questline anyway which was promptly botched of course by doing the van quest until the chase part but then driving Kerry off a dock in Northside into the water for a nice fail. Pretty much dealt with Judy the same way as this playthrough but never even bothered to get more money out of Maiko. Note my V did agree to kill Woodman for Judy but you can in fact botch this by then picking the lobby option on the lift. You get a rare very sad sounding betrayal comment from Judy that I suspect many will not be able to do. Left River at Joshs house so never even tried to help which probably was not as bad as what happened here mind. Any vehicles that needed to be taken back were promptly ditched in water. All quest that could be failed by walking away were if there was no free vehicle to obtain from it at some point after. Any gigs that requires moving a body to a car to complete ( Short circuit was the main weapon ) were left on the floor and if you move far enough away after taking them out it auto fails that quest. All Gigs that could not be failed were cut short by leaving the NPC instead of talking to them if possible which led to some slightly hilarious texts from the fixers. Completed all Cyber Psychos quests. Just failed to text Regina after everyone. The cheetah was the only NPC that resisted all attempts to fail his quest and even driving into the water with him in the vehicle could not kill him. Not sure if there was a part that could be failed somewhere but he literally was the Nemesis of this V playthrough oddly.

This takes me back to all the "bad" decisions I made in my various play-throughs. I'm definitely going back to Night City when the DLC drops. Thanks!

I did EXACTLY this last year after viewing Edgerunners. I think i remember what i did: •Only reply with smartass responses or not at all •Abandon Panam when rescuing Saul and not helping her with Nash •Killing River •Let the Peralez's know theyre being spied on •Teamed with Gilchrist to get Meredith axed off •Practically ignored Kerry and only played through with Us Cracks to have Blue Moon killed and then kill Red (i forgot the rest of her name) •Kill EVERY cyberpsycho! •FAIL EVERY SIDEQUEST •Dont return Skippy and be called a "Bad Owner" every time •Mock Takemura when I can and eventually let him die •Sided with the Voodoo Boys •Murdered Oda •Had my relationship with Johnny be 1% •Get bribed by Maiko and let her take over Clouds, betraying Judy •Kill Fingers so i dont get my favorite Sandevistan build •Kill Woodman early so Judy doesnt get revenge •Join Arasaka in the Devil ending •Fucked up Rogue's date with Johnny •Never paying Viktor back for the cyberware And many more

You can kill Ozob in boxing match by punching him in the "nose".

If you play the game in this way the arasaka ending makes the most sense, as V has no friends or family to worry about leaving a behind.

That was hilarious! Definitely need to see a Phantom Liberty installment. I died when there was nobody to call at the end.

The worst part about the clouds quest is that bald V is right. If you take Judy's side and go for the revolution the tiger claws come back and annihilate the place.

Another good one is when you get to the Beat on the Brat, in the mall, and agree to take a dive, a little kid approaches you to tell you how much they really want you to win cause your opponent killed their dad, or something like that. Ironically, my game crashed, so I came back and rejected the idea of throwing the match... then went to the kid, who had nothing to say on the matter. And now next time I do these fights, I'm throwing it just to let that kid down.

In the Peralez Questline the arguably worst decision might still be to tell him the truth. Because he will start do doubt everyone even his wife. In the Epilogue he will call you when he became truely mad. In that case blissfull ignorance serves him better than knowing the truth.

Cyberpunk but V has a very rare strain of cyberpsychosis: mostly categorised by severe anxiety, anti-social behaviour and ineptitude.

This is so funny and the Kerry rejection was so akward but poor River, taking the piss from V, and seeing how you screw so horrible there is no other choice than to do the Devil ending, with Anders Hellman as your sidekick. Yeah I wanna see the bald menace return to Phantom Liberty, and see how can you screw so royally to the point of betraying both Dog Town and the NUSA at the same time!

I could never do this playthrough. I can't be a monster to panam. She's the best.

I love that you went corporate for an evil playthrough. Without knowing how things will play out, though, sending Jackie to Vics so his remains can be prepared for return to Mama Welles is what you *should* do. In a vacuum, that's the right choice.

i think you should be able to use blocker med whenever you want and unlock an ending by making all bad choices. The reaper should be unlocked by turning down every one

Man, it seems like there aren't too many bad decisions to make in the game. I guess making bad decisions constantly locks you out of quest lines, making the overall game shorter in some aspects. What was your final level, and what was it compared to your other longer play-throughs?

2:24 Actually, that is not completely accurate. Resolving that mission peacefully grants you access to Maelstrom Merchant. Which is the only place where you can get legendary Satara. Which is the only Tech Shotgun. So for certain builds, it might be the best option to pay up.

omg.... this hits hard. It way too closely reflects my first playthrough. I was so hyper focused on removing Johnny so I could just play the game and enjoy it that I really screwed up my relationships with everyone and had no choice but to go with Hanako's ending. And I just like this one I signed over myself to Arasaka....

The Jefferson ending was actually better bc although he doesn't know the truth completely he still has his wife. Even if she was in on it at least he still has someone to make him happy. If you tell him the truth he freaks out in the ending and doesn't trust anyone, he's a lot less happy when he's alone. So his situation doesn't really change just his level of happiness and who he trusts. So I may be wrong but I feel like that is the good Jefferson ending. But great vid! I've always wanted to see the decisions I can never force myself to make 😂

I wonder what happens at the Aldecaldo camp if you try to go there. Also, what are the phone messages lime with these choices?

IMHO every RPG should allow Dragon Age: Origins level of evil protagonist

For the Judy and Clouds story: if you don't side with Maiko Maeda, and do what Judy wants (execute the Tiger Claw bosses); all the dolls at clouds, and the Mox, will be wiped out by the Tiger Claws later on - which is far worse than what was shown here. So, by siding with Maiko, the status quo remains, and you save their lives.

At the edig if you have the optio to go with the Aldecaldos you say you ll try with them to Johnny but when you take the pill, you call Hanako. That's evil right there.

on the choosing voodoo boys vs netwatch, I was fully in combat mode just shotgunning everything in the face, enter this room and fire off 2 rounds into the guys face, doesn't seem to take but the gun reloads real quick and the second pair of shots seems to do the job, did not realise I could talk to him at all

At the start, I saw a corpo line but, then at the arasaka facility I didn't ...weird. At the arasaka facility, Corpo V berates the guard and scares him into opening... without a bribe. I rather like Corpo V, he/she has some of the meanest dialogue. Unfortunately Corpo V also has some of the most ass-kissing dialog as well.

Seeing the consequences that come with siding with the voodoo boys makes me feel a lot better about murder all of them on my first play through

Heh...I made many of these bad choices just exploring different dialog options....so many boobytraps and pitfalls laid out by the devs. Flaming Crotch guy can come to a bad end if you get into a tangle with the NCPD while parking at Cassius Ryder' clinic. Seems like he turns into a grenade magnet....

I don't think i've ever wanted to visit or see a game world in real life more than Night City. It'd be one of those places that make you feel like anything is possible.

I can’t decide if the Arasaka ending is the worst, or if the iron in the mouth ending is.

What really made this so hilarious is the outfit you wore on your character. Not only did you reach a terrible result, you did it completely devoid of any sane style as well.

- telling peralez the truth turns him into a paranoid freak who basically loses his mind and his wife hates you - apparently if you get to the romance part of Judy’s relationship you can make her cry - you can somehow get panam kicked out of the aldecados All of those are even more ruthless

Saving Takemura allows worse endings. In a playthrough with all the worst choices, you SHOULD have saved him, so that he can stab you in the back later. Takemura is incapable of ever being more than an Arasaka stooge, and he proves it in the late game. TELLING Jefferson about the mind control is also the worse choice. He ends up a babbling conspiracy theorist who doesn't even trust that his vitamins aren't nefarious pills, and believes his wife is also an enemy.

15:05 Interestingly, 'evil' V is 100% correct here.. If you side with Judy, Tom ends up dead and Clouds shuts down, everybody out of a job! Also in my most recent playthrough, I messed up both Gary and Barry and got'em both killed. Barry: I accidentally ran into the cops after talking to Barry and leaving his appartment.. didn't walk away immediately b/c I didn't realize that would kill him.. quest ended, and I was like "wasn't there supposed to be a side quest with a turtle? ah, maybe it'll trigger next time I come back". Couple days later.. dead Barry. Gary: I must have missed the punks talking to him one time I was heading to talk to Vic, b/c at some point I went to him to see if i could trigger his quest, and found his body.. Reloaded several HOURS earlier and he was still dead. Still not sure when it happened.

There's a more evil way to do the Jablonsky mission with that killer. When you meet with him and trigger the start of the mission just don't get in the car. Walk away and a short time later you get a message about how he tried in on his own and got ganked.

Speaking of exploding bodyparts: if you get to the second mission with Ozob (the fistfight) and keep hitting his head eventually you will hit his nose and kaboom. Found that one by mistake XD

You didn't screw Claire over by winning the race, or I guess it would be worse to fail to win any races. You didn't screw over Pepe by confirming his suspicions and not finding out the truth about his wife. It's a shame the game doesn't have more variety in the decisions, and many just seem to be between bad outcome and worse outcome.

That prisoner transport quest, I didn't know it could lead to more lol. The guy in my car just stepped out of the car and got one tapped and the prisoner was just stuck in the car so I just popped him lol

Does it make me a bad guy if a few of these were my choices? It was my first/second play throughs and I had no idea in large part what was going on half the time or what the repercussions were. Ones like Delamain(take down Skynet), screwing things up between Kerry and US Cracks, taking Maiko’s money, paying off Maelstrom, The Devil ending(simply for achievement/trophy), sent Jackie’s body to Vik(thought he might be able to fix him up), Bill Jablonski dies and I take down Joshua Stephenson. I thought telling Jefferson Paralez absolutely everything was the worst option(for him)? I also would actually like to see a video of having the absolute worst relationship with Johnny. In actuality the guy is literally a parasite, though it makes for a very interesting storyline.
