If a Turkish cooks Korean food ...
I made it with ingredients I found in my own country and adapted some of the recipes to suit our taste buds.
I tried to do as best I could.
HOTTEOK (KOREAN PANKEKI):
3 cups flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of dry yeast
Half a glass of warm milk
Half a glass of warm water
For internal mortar ;
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons of walnuts
To fry;
Liquid oil
HOME MADE SUSHI (or KİMBAP):
1 glass of rice
1.5 glasses of water
2 algae
1 cucumber
1 carrot
2 tuna fish
1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
Sesame oil
Olive oil
Salt
Vegetable Seasoning
THE EASIEST KİMCHİ (SOME FITTING CHIMCH THAT CAN BE RENEWED IMMEDIATELY)
7 leaves curly
2 green onions
Half an onion
1 carrot
2 cloves of garlic
Olive oil
Chili pepper
Salt
NODDLE RECIPE:
2 pack noddle
4 glasses of water
SHRIMP CHIPS:
Shrimp chips
To fry;
Liquid oil
