For those who don't know, in my experience, using a killstreak ends that glitch. I am playing on PC which may be why it works but I've only ever gotten it while I had a killstreak and using it has always fixed it.

The glitch happens when you have a killstreak and you tab in between rounds. to fix it just spam all your killstreak buttons when it’s glitchy

I did that last week and I play in the early mornings when all the actual Navy Seals play; and was getting railed. Needless to say I slammed my arm on my desk and split it all the way down the middle. Gonna try hot yoga next time I have a rough week, I suggest you do so as well Miles.
