Sculpting from reference in Blender 3D isnt really something that I've ever really focused on. I generally like character modelling dumb characters straight out of my brain. Today I decided I wanted to make @MrBeast just because that gu is bloody awesome. It's unlikely that He'll see this but if on the off chance you see this Jimmy, let me know what you think! I know it's not perfect but I think there's a likeness!

Whenever I start to sculpt, it looks terrible in the beginning, how did you learn how to power through that part? I just get demotivated after spending hours on something and looking back the thing I made, looking horrible.

It's taken years. I'd try and fail, then id focus on something else, then months later I'd try again. Only do it when you're passionate or excited about it. Each time you try to make something that you're not good at you get better at doing it.
