Carter deserves someone who should explained the situations properly. Keeping the promise not to tell anyone is good but he is her bf; whether he may be dumb to notice his dad's dirty works or his innocence is hurting her; having feelings for someone else means Janet wasn't loyal to Carter and their bond wasn't strong enough to clear out the misunderstandings. I think we all need part 2 for new Carter's happy ending with the person he deserves :)

Love Janet she's brave, caring, smart, kind, kind-hearted, beautiful and talented. The fact that she left Carter, lied to him, betrayed him and didn't even plan on explaning that he would have to leave his father for good is just insane. Carter's been by Janet's side trough everything and this is how she's gonna treat him unbelivable. She's blaming him of something that he didn't even do it's his dad that's behind everything. Carter did't deserve any of this at 5:30 He had No idea that his dad is a thief he thinks her dad is and so does everyone but he still loves her and treats her the same but later on its not her fault she stopped loving him but why not just talk it out instead of not even talking to him before he leaves. Tbh I feel bad for Carter, he didn't knew about his dad being a thief or whatever, but atleast he get to move in with his mom and finally can make bread 🍞🍞 !

Carter was a good guy. Even when he genuinly believed her dad was a crook he still would stay by her side. Still loved her and didnt know about his dad being shady. He was just a pure puppy

Carter deserves a whole new story; Janet cheating on him when he was going through one of the lowest points in his life is not justified and she should've stuck by his side instead of going off with Vincent. ❤

@@Bobo-Nose it's kinda emotional cheating tho , but I understand her point now , I think she should have went to carter's house and explained the situation better but I do get her point of view , and she wasn't thinking clearly since she wants justice for her dad , I feel extremely bad for Carter but life isn't always luck but yk I can gave him instead ;) But I just couldn’t understand Vincent and Janet dating since msa repeated this trope so much , girl is dating a boy then something's wrong with him then finds other dude . There are exceptions but still . It didn't feel natural and he didn't kiss her with consent , I think Janet should've stayed friends with him better . Overall it's a nice story , I like how it focused on the investigation, the romance at the end felt out of place but I will give I a pass
