Every year, for 72 hrs, DOT does this nationwide "safety" blitz. Normal, they do it twice a year. It's supposed to be about safety, but it's just a money marking campaign for the states. They'll find whatever reason to put a truck out of service. So, normally, I just stay home. As for rolling on the 70 in Missouri, it has been a while. Haven't been to the region in about 2 years.
