Installing Windows is very easy: you start with a flash drive and boot into Windows PE, where the installer launches from there and it simply extracts the install.wim file. But it used to be completely different: the installation was done in two steps, each file was packed into a separate archive, and so on.
And so I had this really fun idea: what if you take the installation files of Windows NT 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003, and combine them all into one.
