FOR BOILING THE TUKREY
* 1.2 kg Turkey
* 1 small onion
* 1 tsp garlic powder
* 1 tsp curry powder
* 1 tsp dried thyme
* 1 tsp ginger powder
* 1 tsp salt
* 2 cubes seasoning ( I used knorr chicken )
FOR FRYING
* 2 big tatashe
* 4 scotch bonnet ( you can adjust to your preference)
* 2 fresh garlic cloves
* 1 medium onion
* 1/4 cup vegetable oil
* 1 medium onion
* 1 tsp ginger powder
* 1 tsp dried thyme
* 1tsp all purpose seasoning
* 1 tsp salt
* 1/3 cube seasoning
You can also add vegetables to this .
