Seeing you talk about the tricks gave me an idea. Since the ward shows all the time and doesn't stealth you can walk into a brush and then w in front to make it seem like you walked out but put a ward behind u in the brush. You know the usual thing you do when being chased, but instead you can juke back or even ult them when they all run past u or stop to hit. Edit: Or, you turn into someone who's relatively low and then w forward and start the b.

They changed it so that neeko transform back if she hits a turret so she can't splitpush while being hidden

My current favorite thing to do in the mid game is turn into gromp specifically and help small fights. Gromp is so naturally durable that you can take a decent beating before changing back. Obviously it isnt ideal, but its silly.

I really love the Neeko update. I wish the disguising was more applicable in aram, but I _constantly_ catch people out when I disguise as a ranged minion. I just have to be against a team that doesn't have champs that instantly clear minions like a Sivir or something. I wish her high movement speed animation that she gets when you used clone wasn't as obvious, because you can't bait people in as easily. I guess it balances it self since you're encouraged to disguise into a champ that doesn't have a distinct running animation if you wanna use it effectively. Really nice when you're running away from someone into a bush, and you disguise as your Hecarim and send out a clone towards them to scare them off. Speedy Hecarim running at you is very common.

now that she has jungle ratios/jungle damage, you should try neeko jungle for kirby with hair

All of the new Neeko content I'm watching just looks so hilarious and fun. Being a minion is crazy! I was thinking about how to counter her lane gank as she runs down as a minion, and I thought about putting a Caitlyn trap in the middle of the lane but I tried Neeko in practice tool and she doesn't get affected by Caitlyn traps as a minion! I saw a Fizz ult fly harmlessly through her on a Midbeast video. I imagine you couldn't be ulted by Varus, Vi, Zed, etc, it's really strong tbh, even if they know you're there they can't engage on you first. I wonder if Karthus ult would target you if you're off somewhere disguised as something non-champion.

I think my favourite thing about the rework is that you can fake recall and then turn into e.g. a minion and your clone doesn't turn with you, just continues recalling. So you can be 2 things at the same time.

Funny, the first time you hit the red plant as heca you transformed back into neeko but the second time when you hit the empowered red plant (from drake) you did not turn back and kept your heca transformation

I don't even play league but here's an idea on how to use the ward disguise: Transform yourself as a pink ward and stand very close to a bush to seem like a misplaced pink ward. Enemies can approach you to clear you that way. Question: can you transform to something if your clone is recalling?

tibbers ignores the stealth because he's doing aoe damage with immolate and when you get a tick of the damage from it, he has vision. Or something like that

Yeah, I think there already was an explanation, if I remember right from T1, about how camping lanes is broken and how the jungle doesn't get punished nearly enough for losing time camping lanes. So it just feels bad.

Unfortunately they removed the attack speed/movement speed when you transformed if it is higher than base. But I'm loving the new neeko gameplay

I think tibers might get a aura hit on you, becasue he was in melee range, as you turn stealthed which is why he knows where you are.

There was soo many buffs to neeko, lots of them not obvious like w spawning ontop of her now and the dmg not removing passive. Dunno how she has a lower wr, id imagine lots of people trying her and failing but even then... Although probably lots of people inting with her passive and people also remember neekos abts now. Also her dmg isnt that nerfed, it is on the r and i think e base dmg. but q and e get a better ratio now.

13:31 Probably because you were about to take tower aggro as a minion. But the tower isn't supposed to target you until all the minions die. It's probably a failsafe to keep the game from crashing or something.
