My Pappy makes homemade bread all the time. He uses an old 19th century wood-fired kitchen stove for the whole baking process, even letting it rise sitting on it. Now THAT is cuisine!

Nice looking bred👍👍Next time dont let the dough fall that harshly into the dutch oven. It deflates it a lot nd quickly. Use parchment or sum to put it in as smoothly as u can. Also this is just my personal opinion but for the round circle basket i prefer a square score on the bread or a cross. I just think it looks better.

Try flipping dough onto lightly floured parchment. Makes for easy transfer into the Dutch oven!
