Most of his meals are typical clean bodybuilder meals. Which is why he has sunday as a “cheat day” or cheat meal. I couldn’t imagine forcefeeding myself 3-6k calories daily in steamed fish and chicken breasts 🤢

Can you do a extreme grilled cheese like you can customize it your self if you want as what i put in mine is little bits of bacon and sprinkle cheese and sometimes go crazy with random things in it.
